No fixed RR in my small collection, but this one looks like a home run. I had a bad time with their sous chef. Tried three of them, all c4c4, now I don't have one. Stinks, cause I loved the looks of that thing and the idea of it. I only have one of their traditionals and it's okay. I've got case and have had no issues. I almost bought the rr2038 micarta work knife, which I've drooled over for a while, but gotta get over the apprehension before dropping the chedda. There's many models of rough ryder that I like and they're short money, but if I'm not going to use it, end up giving it away, or have to go through the hassle of returning, then I won't take the chance. Thanks for the upload.

Bought one a while back and have been using it a few months and it’s holding up I batoned small trees down split wood and cut meat up in the kitchen and it’s still good and sharp haven’t even had to touch it up yet,it’s in for a hard life on my bushcraft outings but it’s holding up very well I’ll probably end up doing a hard use review of it

Going to keep an eye out for that one, but here in Scotland we never get the full range of rough rider knifes & only have a couple of suppliers.. the shape reminds me of a a very small puma white hunter.

I am a fan of the Rough Ryder Traditional Knives in T10 Carbon and the Rough Ryder Reserve lineup. I may have to try this one though.

Good looking blade, like the shape. Just got back from Academy, and picked up the Gerber Sumo. Same style you reviewed. Dude, for the money really nice EDC. Good looking Gerber. For what I do with my blades ( which is minimal ) it's great. Thanks for the review, that's what pushed me to it.. Tee shirt is awesome 🇺🇸

@@DonnieBAllDay funny, when I got it, got home and was looking it over it came with what looked like Chisel grind. I guess at the shop he took off more on one side than the other. I'll take it to my gun shop to get it right. Probably spend more than the blade is worth. But I like the knife, just not a fan of steel.

I like the overall shape, the grind and the looks of the knife. The 440 family might mit be the most modern steel, but it does a good job on lots of knifes. #22aday Stay safe everybody, and stay blessed. Greetings from Germany!
