We felt the same way about the Allman Brothers Band in the 70's. When Duane Allman what a heart break. I believe that must've been so incredibly hard. Their music was so unique no others were like them, the blues, the great song writing, arranging and composition to me is unique. Greatly blessed these songs were completed for us to enjoy, forever and pass down to our children.

I grew up listening to the Allman Brothers. I've listened to then since I was in my teens and saw them in Chicago, Illinois. Thats when they were all alive. Great concert. No it was not one of the songs played, although I specifically asked that it be played. It was 5 years ago today that a police officer knocked on my door to let me know my daughter had died. This is not a good time of year for me. Thank you for your kind words.

I am a mother (of a 26 yr old female) so I can only imagine the loss. She is my only child also, the light of my life. Gregg is one of my all time favorite singers.
