Those cars never look old because they were pseudo retro when launched 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I went to a school in Oxford but lived in Leamington spa so had to take a taxi to school for a couple of years it was one of these I was gutted when the cab firm sold it on the driver loved it that much he brought it if the firm kinda got my love for rovers back lately I'm in the process of buying another one or 2 a 600 and one of these I'm a Volvo Saab guy usually but rovers have class for a cheap motor

I’ve just bought my first 75 a 2003 Connoisseur CDTi with 52000 mls on it in the same colour. It was a lucky find! (but does have a few things I need to sort on it)

Persevere with it and I'm sure it'll be a rewarding project. They are a characterful car worthy of looking after.

Pity it's not a Connoisseur with leather seats! Lovely car I have owned a number of them and MG versions from 1.8 petrol to 4.6 V8

I'd love to have a go in the V8 😁

I wish I could find one that rust free

This one spends it's whole life in a garage. The guy doesn't drive it much.

the best car ever but a rot box will go on forever but you will need a welder to keep it on the road

It seems that the jacking points, bottom of the front wings and rear suspension arms are prone areas for rust.
