How can I hide blank rows in quicksight i don't want to filter them out..? We have option to hide columns but not rows.

What a great , clear, video but unfortunately my Readers can still see other people's data. I have 20 stores . Each should only be able to see graphs derived from their store's data. In the main csv I have col called UserName, in the filtering CSV I have col called UserName, and this UserName matches the the username of the of the reader I created in QS>Manage. In QS > Datasets , there is a lock icon next to the data. But when I log in as that UserName , my plot shows all of the stores data. Any idea what some of my mistakes might be?

I have done the same thing but it is not working properly for incognito windows. Any solution for that?
