Change Tooltips and Titles dynamically using Parameters in QuickSight

Hello, thanks for you the video :) I'm very happy someone is uploading videos explaining QuickSight. Are you able to do the same thing but with selections of filters as well? For example, a date filter where "This year" or "Last N Months" is selected? This would then allow us to create a title called "Total Cases in This Year by Country"
