For me, this is one of the best workouts ever and I am doing sports since little. Every part of the body is included. It should be included in every day routine. Nice work!

I fell in love with these exercises, what about the others? Because I used to have belly fat and excess belly fat, I weighed 87 kg and now my body weight has decreased to 63 kg, a result of tireless exercise.

Good morning Very tough, moreso am 67 of age Sweating, yes, at the end of the workout But a few of the exercises I couldn't complete for the 45 secs. Is it a rupture Too demanding in terms of energy Thank u Row

It's super duper hard exercise I can't even complete all 30 mins. But it's very very effective for our body it's a really good exercise. I hope one day i will complete this ❤️

For the last few months I have been working hard to get that dream physique.. I follow your videos when I don't have much more time to work out as your videos gives max output in min time... Love your workouts! Simple, difficult but not impossible - but especially love how real your are! The fact that you too struggle with workouts makes you relatable... So many trainers feel god-like for some of their workouts - you, however, are so relateable and inspiring, and really make us as followers believe everything is attainable.
