Hello, please make one more which would take a 1 hour. With 30 seconds breaks. The first one 45 min, was great but a little short. It would be nice, that excercises would take 1 min. Anyway big thanks to you.

This is harder, you have lesss break. For example this is 45sec in and 20sec out. The other is 30sec in and 30sec out. You have less break on this one in comparison with the other one and it is more effective in my opinion. Also different variations of exercises.
