For the snake plant, take the yellow leaf out as it is dying. When you water the plant most of the water is going to the dying leaf which will just end up killing the rest of the plant if it is not taken out.

Really loved the "if you can do it in 2 minutes, get it done" saying you live by. Definitely adopting that, sometimes it just feels like there are so many little things to do that I can't really be bothered.

I did not know how much i needed this video until I saw it! I am on a small holiday in Prague with my brother and it is really hard to stop thinking about the work stuff and stop planning for once! To enjoy our time and life in general it is important and absolutely necessary to step out of our comfort zone, to take life as it is and to not overcomplicate things. Thank you, Ro, for reminding me of that. Love very very much! 🖤🌿🌸🌿🖤

Another video that completely speaks to me - I have been feeling that so much is not complete around my home and in other parts of my life and I haven't figured out how to make the time to make it all right yet. A reminder to not be hard on myself about it but do what I can and not let it bother me what I can't yet, and let this be as long a process as it needs to be until completion. In the meantime I've been taking a lot of personal growth leaps while I've been working on "getting my life together." Lol. Your videos are so encouraging and I like the quote in the beginning reminding us to accept all of ourselves. I need to read or listen to that whole book too...maybe it should be my next one! My boyfriend recommended it to me awhile back...funny.

haven’t really been keeping up with myself or my environment here recently and i’ve been getting angry and anxious all the time but this video has literally opened a light for me. I should be aware of my environment and myself and try to improve it, but if i forget to wash my face or workout or i didn’t make my bed in the morning, rather than freaking out and being upset that i didn’t do these things, take it with a grain of salt and improve myself for tomorrow. Thank you Rowena, I love you and your videos and the impact you have on me ❤️🥰

I never watch book videos from youtubers, Usually get bored with the sit down and "heres this book" format. With the little snippits of books you keep putting in your videos, and with how you talk about (and show) how they affect you and what you do on the daily, it makes me want to read and hear everything you have to say about the books. It has me so tempted to buy the books and see how they could alter my mind and life. Thanks for creating and shareing!

I love snakeplants and they are so easy going, but maybe re-potting it will be a good idea as well. Sometimes they get rootbound (sorry, english is my 3rd language), and then the plant won't thrive. Give your snakeplant a bit more room and a bit more water, and it will spring right back :D

Hi Rowena! I always comment the same thing about how soothing your videos are BUT TODAY WE HAVE A QUESTION! Do you think being self aware of your habits and trying to change them and constantly trying to be better at life will guide you to becoming a pro? Like, after reading a lot of books and trying to change and all that, do you think it's realistic for us to reach a level where we are okay with the way we are and not having to keep making changes? Or is our existence as imperfect humans not going to make that possible? I just feel like I've made progress and I've become better in a lot of things, but there are still massive issues that I keep dealing with as I would have in the past, and it's like "I THOUGHT I LEARNT BETTER!" What do you think? And sorry for this being long!
