I’ve ordered one just now. Done a lot of research and I’m amazed. I’ve had shit nights sleep for years now, can’t remember having a full 8 hours. I’ve been standing in my garden barefoot the past couple of evenings and already feel amazing from that alone. It’s made me realise how disconnected from nature we are.

I’ve had my Rowland sheet for about a week and already noticing improved sleep and arthritis in my knees is much less painful. It definitely works!
