Sam's classic Beer Mug Slide was their equivalent of Joe Montana or Dan Marino threading a perfect pass to Jerry Rice or one of The Marks Brothers back in the day through a tight receiving window to the guy all by his lonesome in the end zone. Actually it's funny that Norm would say "he looks at Vera and can't" when he tells Coach why he can't have kids. George Wendt's wife, actress Bernadette Birkett, who was the voice of Vera and appeared as Vera in one episode of Cheers (her face wasn't shown because it was hidden by a pie she got hit with) is actually a very beautiful woman.

OHSA doesn't seem to have a separate category of safety rules for movie sets, so I'd suspect they'd be covered under the rules for general industry.
