Bloody hell Warro! Pushing that 200kg slow poke on stock tires up that kind of terrain is impressive on both your behalf and the bike's! Good to know the Enfield is capable of things it was never really intended for haha

i never showed the 10 minute break i had at the top prior to moving off. that run towards the end had me thinking a bit. lucky i had 500 mils water...lol

little bit touch and go near the top but even with off road tyres-i still think it would be a pretty challenging run up in that section. tyres would probably help but then one would need better suspension to get over quicker and safer too

Glad you enjoyed it! 3 weeks back i took the honda cb125f right to the river i should load up that clip. track wasn't quite that bad then but it was still very rough on a 10 hp bike...lol

Please load the cb125f footage. This ride was amazing, it sure shows me the bike's limits beyond what I thought possible. The "F" word is Okay on ABC apparently, but not coming from Warro.

happened pretty quick there so i cant say i was worried as it was over within seconds. but if you went over the wrong way i think it would be a ride one would never forget...lol plus a helicopter ride out too -i'd say!

Thanks 👍 yeah that left side near the top came up fast and close. i couldn't say it scared me as it happened too quick. if say one didn't get the turn well the bike would be history and maybe the rider too. plus if i'd been on something more powerful i'd have even less time to turn it so grateful there. after this ride i did a really tight rough track and in the end got to a creek. too risky to ride across due to large rocks. by the time i turned the bike half way around to go back i had totally blocked the track....lol took a bit of getting out too. all the best!

You got that right...lol i was pretty close to the edge of it. one thing i would say if one mis-qued it would not be good. 3 weeks back i ran the cb125f over it. i actually stopped in that steep area for a photo and the little cb slipped backa couple of feet down the hill. so i knew not to stop there with a 200kg bike or its possible trouble. bit hard to control the heavier bike too compare to the 115kgs of the cb125f. i might put up a clip i did and see how it goes. i took it right to the river but track was better.

@@ridewithwarro g'day Warro, that's living close to the edge, not many of our age would attempt that hill, one other trip l have been on Bendigo to Perth on to Marble bar, it was 1975 on a Norton 850 Commando with a mate on a 1968 BSA 650 and the roads were crap, keep having adventure's as long as we can and feel young, we are not to lay down and rest, cheers, Neil 🤠.

yeah its a bit miseading weight wise to look at. but in actual fact its as heavy as a 650 interceptor or a cb500x. comes in at 195kgs but good thing is i feel the weight is reasonable well balanced.

Warren, gears don't matter with an injected bike on a climb. I bought a '13 XT250, first year of the injected ones, and discovered that I can walk right up the mountains here off-idle and in first. Reason: there's no pressure drop across the carb so you never stall. Blew my mind at the time. That little RE350 is a cool bike. She made that climb ok, even with the street tires. Not too shabby.

well once down at the river....i sort of really had no choice. its was either cross the river...lol or go back. not much of a choice really but i got out no issues. although near the top it was a bit of a wild ride

I knew you would be fine as I have an all stock 350 classic and have rode up and down some really steep thick gravel roads, also lots of corrugation, they ride like a tractor up those hills.

well in enfield's alone i've had 20 and in total 64 new bikes in past 10 years so i guess ive had a few of them...lol thats why i think the classic 350 reborn is a very good bike at a fair price. it just ticks all the boxes

@@ridewithwarro, That is an incredible number of bikes! I got my first 2022 desert sand Classic 350 last November and I like it a lot. I used to ride mostly vintage BMW’s . I always like spoke wheels but flat tire repair worries me somehow. I’m thinking about getting a CB500X for long distance touring soon,

@@chicknest the 500x vibrates a bit in the bars. if you dont mind that they are a good bike. if you go for one best is 022/023 big improvements there. did some reviews on them. i had the 018/019 021/022 years. dont even think about an 018 or earlier. too old and the new ones beat them in all areas and beat em up bad too...lol

don't appear to having any engine issues/heat or i would have noticed it. usually the first sign of engine heat is the smell when you stop or heat generated on the legs. so far so good

so far so good and no issues and they have taken a fair beating too. not just on this run but several other dirt and rocky tracks...im actually surprised. i will also mention i fitted slime to both tyres 12 months back when i sat it on the dirt. i also carry a tube of that fix a flat stuff just in case but so far all is good and never used it

@@chicknest all good. i found slime so far has worked well in the tubes. i bought the stuff from slime which said tubed tyres. ive been on some pretty rough dirt and rocky roads so far so good or its worked for me. i think ive done about 6000 klm with the slime in it.

yeah i hear but theres NO actual swearing in this clip. i removed it all prior to loading it up. i said puk once...lol and if anyone cars to look and view puk as in an ice hockey puck and thats totally different to an outright F/ck

don't think i'd trust myself doing that move. never put my feet down on the way up. once i got on after the photos just rode it through. going down that hill i had my feet well and truly grounded...lol didn't trust what i saw at all.
