Royal Guard Balaklava Company Royal Regiment of Scotland arrive back at Ballater barracks Aug 2024

The Royal Guard of Balaklava Company, 5th Battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland, arrive back at their barracks in Ballater, Scotland. This was on Monday 19th August 2024, after they had welcomed His Majesty King Charles III to Balmoral Castle.
The march was led by The Pipes and Drums of The Royal Corps of Signals, followed by the Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland. Behind them was The Royal Regiment of Scotland's mascot, Shetland pony, Corporal Cruachan IV. His Majesty's Royal Guard were under the command of Major Neil Cargill.

I absolutely LOVE to watch these men. The bagpipes, the uniforms, the history behind it all are all just incredible. And the little pony (I forget how to spell his name correctly) is always SUCH a good boy. Well done, gentlemen, well done.
