PJFT+ Warm up - • Royal Marines PJFT War...
A full audio track of the Potential Royal Marines Officer PJFT+ circuit, including timings, direction for body movements and bleeps. The circuit comprises of burpees, sit ups, press ups and plank. It is conducted 4 times with minimal pauses between exercises and sets. Good luck!
4 sets of
20 burpees,

Instead of press up test I have performed dips by the bits. That is completly insane.

Still use this as part of my daily PT just to make sure I've still got it but recently it's starting having ads pop up two or three times in the session. Really annoying chaps. Please can you sort this pronto.

@@98percentGorilla yeah sorry we will sort this out for you. KZbin change settings and placed ads on all our videos. We will remove them from these videos

have got my RMO vPJFT next week wednesday been 14 june 23.......anyone with any tips .....thou i do complete d entire 4 circuit but usually feel so gased out at d 4th circuit

Was this the test that replaced the 60 push ups in 2 mins, 85 sit ups in 2 mins, and 16 pull ups one, or am I wrong?

This replaced the 3 miler on the treadmill

Is same for annual(biannual) test? as far as I know there are 60 press up, 85 sit up, 16 pull up, 20m shuttle run, and this video. am I right or wrong?

any help i always start this and lose motivation half way through im doing regular one but in prep i do the officer pjft to make the actual test easy. its not that i cant do the test i can do it but i just dont have the motivation too

If you ain't motivated to do it. Do you even want to join thats what you got ask yourself. Of you really wanted to join you wouldn't have a problem being motivated to crush a test they set you.

@@cohenmurray5766 honestly I have felt the same but once you’re there and your phone is gone and all other distractions and bulshit are gone from normal life and you just have hard work ahead of you you’ll be surprised by what you can do

It is just you and the beat. The beat doesn't have a soul, but you do. So it's just you vs yourself. Get through it, or try again tomorrow ;)

I can only do one and a half. Any advice to do 4 in a short period of time😅🤣

What helped me was doing a round then resting for a minute repeating that like 4-5 times then slowly reduce the rest in between. Breathing properly between reps makes a huge difference too
