A classic example of 'if it looks right, it will fly right' aircraft. Many thanks - I should admit that I am old enough to remember these aircraft. The centrifugal jet engines (RR Nenes) were wonderful to listen to, and seemed to have a pronounced doppler effect. The howl would drop a couple of notes as the jet passed overhead. Or maybe because they flew so much slower in those days!

Hi John, nice model and flying 👍. I have treated myself to the plan of this model. Is your build film over balsa, or did you strengthen the fuz with glass before covering?
@SlopeRCGliders Жыл бұрын
I just used film over balsa. It would be more work glassing the fuselage but you would end up with a better finish, and I actually think it would benefit from the extra weight. I can’t remember the weight of mine but it almost feels too light in the air for a PSS model.
