RR 1-4: Rebooting Super Smash Brothers!

ROUNDTABLE RELAY!!!
I've tossed out my pitch for a Smash Reboot, so now it's the audiences turn! In this livestream we are going to continue diving into viewer feedback, try to get to as many as possible, and see if anybody else has some cool ideas for what direction this series should take!

Damn, Smash Redux was honestly great. It feels like a great ballance of cutting out what would need to be so to make the game feasible, while feeling like a genuine evolution of what Smash is. I could see something like that working. I especially thought that the approach of focusing on what a characters appeal is over representing their history is a really interesting way of looking at it and is actually making me look at the designs of the current roster in a new light, both good and not so much. The kaiju one was also really fun. I don't really see Smash ever doing it, but either a crossover kaiju fighting game, or just a kaiju fighting game that has guest characters from other series, is an idea with legs that I feel could be brilliant.

Ah, no disrespect but I'm going to remove those changes. That's not something I'd want to know before opening a document, I enjoy that sense of awe/worry/relief seeing the size of the font and the size of the scroll bar.
