Kiwi born and bred...Only a very small amount of Scot in my bones but the pipes speak to my heart ❤ and The Gael really stirs me. One day before I die, maybe, I will make the trip to Scotland.

Exactly! Just like William Wallace!
@davidwallace4665
@davidwallace4665 11 ай бұрын
@@besnikzogaj9887Robert the Bruce is the real hero in Scotland he not only won outnumbered 2 Scots Soldiers to every 5 English who had superior weapons and thousands more Cavalry but he totally routed them the English out Scotland all together and led Scotland until his death not in some huge Castle, the Bruce chose to sleep with his men in their barracks. William Wallace was fighting to keep a weak Scottish King on the throne. Wallace was obviously a great guy and definitely for his time who probably inspired Robert The Bruce when he rebelled against the English just after Wallace's Death. I'm a Scot and my surname is Wallace but I still can't be biased because the Bruce played a far bigger roll and gave us Century's of Independent Scottish Culture and traditions. 👍

What? I live not to far from here. This is Sterling in Scotland famous site through William Wallace but mostly through Robert the Bruce winning both battles against the English who had 5 soldiers to every 2 Scots plus English had thousands more Cavalry and better equipped but the Bruce not only won he totally routed the massive English Army out Scotland completely. That's Robert The Bruce's statue you see. The Wallace Monument is close to here also.

@@andyobrien3475I am very Patriotic!! It ain't rigged though this ain't Russia and I'm a Scot and I voted NO along with everybody I know. STRONGER TOGETHER 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️🇬🇧 Plus Scotland benefits massively from the Union considering we have a 40 Billion Deficit every Year and English Taxpayer foots this Bill to make Scotland the 3rd richest part of the U.K after London and South East of England. Yes we thought each other like fuk in the past but that's the Past. What we went on to create together was the biggest Empire in History and Glasgow was the 2nd City of the British Empire. Most Ships that held the Empire together was built on the Clyde in Glasgow. Our largest trading partner is England also so why put a border up then Scotland needs to create all its own Institution's. Offcourse Scotland could be a very successful Independent Country cause basically we are Independent just now. Scotland is ruled by Scottish Parliament but the S.N.P just now is not a credible Party to do this. They have NO clear Policies its just Independence and worry about everything after that. S.N.P says we can fill that 40 billion Deficit through full control of our Country with Oil, Whiskey and other big Scottish Companys but its BS the Oil reached its peak in the 80s and even full Independence Scottish Services would have to be cut everywhere. This aint 1000 years ago and i have lots of Family both sides of the border and like my free access into England to visit my Family anytime i want. This is definitely not the time to split the U.K up and if its rigged why is the S.N.P the largest Party in the Edinburgh Parliament? Why is our First Minister S.N.P? BRAVEHEART has a lot to answer FOR. I think people around the World thinks we are just another Colony of England but truth is Scotland was the British Empire. 40 billion deficit may not seem much but remember theres only 5.5 Million Scots so its a lot for Scotland!! Alba gu Bràth 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
