I have had them in my BOM 05 for 2 years now. The mounts are really nice and super well made...BUT....I just took them out. I have Solid Hasports all around, motor/trans and 3rd member. Take a wild guess what happened over time... Fucking car has squeaks and rattles in places that are impossible to get. The headliner, window trim, seat belt area on both sides, rear hatch, passenger side airbag cover, kick panel.. that much vibration over time. Not good for a car that isnt being nut and bolt checked after each race. 70a poly is a good compromise and way way more than enough for a street car. I will say though when banging gears with the 2 way lsd, a 8.8lb FW and some 5.10 gear, even 240whp feels like a race car haha. Awesome video and content man. I always love to see people who still keep wrenching on their own cars. Especially the DC5. Everyone makes R32 GTR content, which I like to watch since I have one, but quality DIY and video in general of USDM DC5 Type S is few and far between. Keep up the good work 👏

Do you have to remove the stock manifold to get that bolt out? Or just with a aftermarket header?

Buy an aftermarket tps and knock sensor if you didn’t already, stiffer mounts tend to ruin the OEM ones faster.

@@Mr_2500hd_ms3_dillon I got a ktuned tps, been running fine no problems. I hear good things about acuity as well. My Rsx is a k24 turbo on hasport mounts so it does get abused lol

Next time, don't remove the header. You just temove the airbox and take the mount and bracket out the top.

The rear is the easiest, i just remove the header and slide the mount
