Something that I noticed in both mine and RT's stories is that when you are grinding for a KZbin channel, it always feels like time is running out, like you have limited chances to make something work. I don't think it's really true even though it really feels that way. It seems that for a certain kind of person, a normal, "safe" path through life will never be satisfying enough. If Daniel had taken that English teacher job, I'm almost certain that eventually he would have gotten that creative itch again and someday his channel would have taken off anyhow. It's almost as if the only thing that really separates the KZbinrs from the people who never make it is the level of willingness to compromise on your dream

Even back during RT's era of TF2, he was always a gambling man and that gamble paid off for him, massively! And without that gamble, people like me probably wouldn't be where they are today as he introduced me and many others to many other amazing people who also helped them grow as creators! I'm also now one of his mods for being in the community for so long and I'm very grateful for him making me part of his RT family!

Watching RTGame's playthrough followed by About Oliver's FULLY blind playthrough helped me actually enjoy playing Minecraft despite the problems I have with it. I'm no longer hit with the dreaded "2-week Minecraft phase." I'm the one convincing my friends to play and I'm the one setting up mod packs for us. Plus, vanilla Minecraft's future is looking bright with the data-driven updates and new Drops
