next the creator just needs to get multi-threading for the physics engine, as that's why it dies so quickly even on top of the line hardware, it only uses a single thread for physics calculations

Fun fact: a newspaper accidentally published a headline claiming alfred nobel died before he actually did. The headline read: The merchant of death is dead". Alfred Nobel, not wanting to be remembered as the man who sold death to people (Nobel made a fortune off of selling explosives to people, including militaries), reinvested in giving prize money to scientists. That is where the nobel prize comes from.

@@Ake-TL I saw that he had numerous patents for explosives but I cannot say for sure if he invented nitroglycerin. Off to the wikipedia (batsignal away): Nope, it was originally invented by Ascanio Sobrero under Theophile-Jules Pelouze (Theophile is that person's name I think, not some kind of position). You are pretty close though, Alfred Nobel's brother was killed by a nitroglycerin explosion and Alfred himself did work with nitroglycerin. Alfred was the first to make it commercially viable. Not sure if that was the same brother mistaken by the newspaper for Alfred when the newspaper thought Alfred was dead though.

2:35 This is due to constraints on the physics engine. When you destroy something, the game has to check whether the object is connected to ground. It only checks within a certain range of the spot you damaged. Without this limit, the game would momentarily just *stop* every time you smacked a wall.

Seriously appreciate you using my mod on stream, seemed to be quite a fun stream. As for "Click to Burn" you just use it to spread fire with your mouse, depending on if paintbrush is on. I wanted to make a small video of a delayed explosive line with 50000 explosives and it ended up taking 50 minutes due to the amount of lag even when set to 10 milliseconds. So I've added a 1 and 5 millisecond delay to the slider, the smoke will probably still kill fps though.
