He and Ruby joined Connexions where Jodi, the leader quickly zeroed in on him as the total and complete problem in their 22 year marriage ( she was sued by many other men about this and lost her license) She has the blessings of the hierarchy of their church also. They all gave her undo credit for being a Godly woman. Then Jodi moved into their house and began ostracizing him more and more each day and finally Ruby told him they want him to move out and work on himself until they feel he’s ready to come back. It was a verbal agreement. He trusted her with their kids 100% He was completely emasculated and kicked out basically. I’ve watch many videos about other guys in their church who went through similar situations

His daughter is a 20 yr old in college. He was willing to screw up her entire future with a robbery charge? Like REALLY? She probably saw door broken and thought she didn’t want them stolen. Or if she was super smart, I would have downloaded and made copies of EVERYTHING. There is definitely things Kevin didn’t want in the hands of anyone else. Shame on him for sure.

Actually she had permission she was there to get personal items for the older girls. She was with a cps worker and a police officer. She wasn't supposed to take those items since they didn't have a warrant.

It would be totally normal for them to ask for their tablets or phones so they could play their games or watch KZbin. But it seems it wasn't just one or two devices it was several. So maybe Shari didn't know which ones were the right ones so she took all of them? They were all returned so the kids aren't getting to use any of them at this time anyway. Very odd 🤔

What's really sick is that its pretty obvious to me that Kevin's lawyer is trying to paint Kevin as being like Adam Paul Steed (another one of Jodi's victims who did a 5+ hr interview with Mormon Stories Podcast about how Jodi tore his family apart. It was taken down due to legal demands, but I saw it before it was taken down). Adam Paul Steed was ripped away from his family and barely given visitation with his kids based on what lies Jodi told about him and yet he risked EVERYTHING to be there for his children. He took care of his kids when his ex went gallavanting about with Jodi (much like Ruby did with Jodi). To try and compare Kevin to Adam and make it look like they're one and the same and he should get his kids back is disgusting.

Yes, the public do want to know what’s on the electronics because this case is deeply disturbing and we’re all interested to see if justice will prevail, we’re avid to know what the truth is and we’re just plain nosy. However, Shari could have taken the items for her siblings to use, for her own personal understanding, for evidence, or for the security of the items (remember the door was unsecured). She was at the home to collect belongings for the siblings in her care, with a CPS worker collecting her younger siblings belongings and accompanied by some police because it wasn’t sure if Kevin was there and if he’d allow entry and collection of the belongings. Had he been there, I’m certain the police would have been needed. He is too much of a control freak,and is furious with Shari for a much earlier phone call to CPS from Shari who had been notified by neighbours that the children had been left alone for days. ❤️from Australia 🇦🇺.

Personally, I think its just a power move. He and Ruby both regularly emphasized to their kids that they owned NOTHING. That everything in the house belong to THEM and the kids were just allowed to use the stuff. So, Shari being allowed to go in and take stuff for the kids reallt bruised his ego.

The whole case is heartbreaking, and I feel their daughter took information that proved dishonesty...the computers, journals, etc, would point against their parenting. The big and, as well, the little we see on their blog, already speaks volumes. I know we will see how this goes, but Sherri, for taking specific items, may hold clues. The journal holds so much heart and soul, for perhaps evidence, as well as truths.
