Thank you Ruby, hit the spot. I did it together with an infrared sauna blanket on, next level. When I repositioned my head to each side I could hear vibrations coming from the bed but realised it’s just the tune fork or bowls vibrations coming through and giving feedback. Blessings 🙏

Hey Ruby, thank you very deeply for this sound bath. If I may tell you, I had a little struggle with your saying: "Now I'm going to go ... (breathing pause?)" after the "love" tuning fork, the 528 hz one. I felt for some time "Fear of loss", so I guess it works. At least for me, even if noticed by a "negative" emotion.
