:- ingredients.
Gongura Vankaya.
Add the sorrel leaves in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Add the water in a bowl.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
5" brinjal.
Cutting.
Soaked brinjal in a salt water.
Keep it a side.
PAN on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
1" chopped onion.
3" chopped tomatoes.
Roast.
Add the chopped brinjal.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
Mix well.
Saute for 3-4" minutes.
Add the sorrel leaves.
Add the 5" chopped green chillies.
Roast.
Little water.
Mix well.
Saute for 6-8" minutes.
Crush them.
PAN on stove.
Add the 2 Tbls of oil.
Add the buy seeds.
1/2" Tbls ' of Fenugreek.
1" crushed garlic.
3" red chillies.
1" chopped onion.
Curry leaves.
Roast.
Add the hing to taste.
Mix well.
Stove off.
Add the fried buying in a curry.
Mix well.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Gongura Vankaya curry is a ready.
