ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കൽ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ചൊറിച്ചിൽ ഉണ്ടായി. ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് ഇലയിലെ ഞരമ്പ് കളഞ്ഞാൽ ചൊറിയില്ല എന്നാണ്. പിന്നെ ഇല ചീന്തിയെടുക്കുന്നതും ഒരു കാരണമാവാം. പിന്നെ കെട്ടാറൊന്നും ഇല്ല. അരിയുകയാണ് പതിവ്. ചെറിയഉള്ളി (ചോന്നുള്ളി) -സവാളക്ക് പകരം ചേർത്താൽ നന്നാവും. കുറച്ചു ചീനിമുളകും. ഇനി ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കും.

താളിൻറ ഇലയുടെ തോരൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്. ചേമ്പില തോരൻ ഞാൻ ഇതുവരെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. ചേനയുടെയും ചേമ്പിൻറയും തോരൻ അമ്മ ഉണ്ടാക്കി ബാല്യകാലത്തിൽ കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മഷിത്തണ്ട്, ചൊറിയണം മുതലായവയുടെ തോരനും ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വീട്ടിൽ ചേമ്പിൻറ ചെടിയില്ല. അയൽപക്കത്ത്നിന്ന് തരാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്.

എന്റെ പോന്നു ചേച്ചി..... ചേമ്പ് തണ്ട് പുളികറി ഞാൻ വച്ചു കഴിച്ചു. എനിക്ക് അലർജി ആയി സീരിയസ് ആയി പെട്ടന്ന് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ എത്തിയില്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ തട്ടി പോയേനെ. പൈനാപ്പിൾ കഴിച്ചതാ ഒരു ദിവസം അന്നും ഇതുപോലെ ഉണ്ടായി. ഇപ്പൊ എന്ത് കഴിക്കാനും പേടിയാ. ചേച്ചിയുടെ റെസിപ്പികൾ എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടാ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കാറും ഉണ്ട്
