When those Texan defenders were talking about how quick the ball came out, they were referring to how soon after the snap Brady is able to get the ball out of his hands. Brady's decision making is so quick that it frustrates pass rushers. Sacking him is basically impossible at times because there just isn't enough time between the start of the play and Brady throwing it. It's a testament to his intelligence and preparation moreso than his arm.

This. They're not talking about the literal velocity he's throwing the ball with.

As an eagles fan, this makes me realize what kind of miracle we pulled off in 2017! This man is the GOAT without a shadow of the doubt! that super bowl is worth commenting on! Even though Brady lost, Brady and Foles put on a show! One of the greatest offensive games ever!!!

by getting the ball out so fast, it's not the speed of the throw /ball traveling, but the time it takes Tom to get rid of the ball. the rushing defenders can't get close enough to Tom before he already throws it to his receiver

I have always believed his greatest strength was to be able to read the defense and change the play at the line. That requires so many more hours studying films than any of the other quarterbacks to make him the GOAT. He also gets his teammates do the extra time studying film and plays and that makes them just that much better. He also takes the time to know every player on the roster. Not just the starters. If you are a rookie on the backup squad and have Tom come up and call you by name, ask how you are doing etc., when the head coach won't even talk to you and doesn't know your name is quite something.

I hit the like button early as suggested. I'm 299 and I do believe I forget MOST times to hit is as I go full screen and just X out to the next video I already have in line. So on trusted channels like this one, I will change and hit the like before going full screen and watching it; knowing that if something happens that I don't like or approve of. I can always unlike it. Great suggestion Jacob.

Max K. and R. Parker only have relevance due to to their Brady schtick. TB12 suffered a season-ending knee injury in the first game of the 2008 season. He came back the following year to lead the Pats to the playoffs. That's why he won the comeback award.

It was 10 years until he won his 4th bc Belicheck and the front office couldn't, or wouldn't build Brady a complete team. Just another example of how a sub .500 coach (Belicheck without Brady,) rode the coattails of someone special. Someone who gave them all the cap space in the world to work with, loyalty to a fault, impeccable reliability, and unbelievable preparation. Belicheck would most likely still be sub .500 as a head coach if it wasn't for Brady.

@Steven-mk4gg
@Steven-mk4gg 3 жыл бұрын
@@dolphinvenom2779 That might be partly true. That said, the fact remains, without Brady Bill is just another losing head coach. Without Bill, Tom is a SB Champ, and he beat 2 legends on the road, and a future legend to do it. My point remains.
@dolphinvenom2779
@dolphinvenom2779 3 жыл бұрын
@@Steven-mk4gg it's been 1 year. 1 year with zero off season, the most people taking the year off, no cap space, a QB everyone said sucked and still made it to 7 and 9. Brady went to an already stacked team with extra cap space and got to bring in who he wanted. If Bill keeps struggling, sure you've got an argument. But after 1 year? Nah.
@Steven-mk4gg
@Steven-mk4gg 3 жыл бұрын
@@dolphinvenom2779 Dude, Bill Belicheck, was a head coach before Brady. He had 6 season before Brady. 5 with a Browns team who was actually a decent franchise at the time, and one at NE before they drafted Brady. 5 of those 6 seasons were losing seasons. Bicheck then had 19 years of Brady starting, ALL of which were winning seasons, most of them division Champs, and 6 of them SB champs. Belicheck has now had another year without Brady, once again it was a losing season. I like Belicheck, but he has never proven himself without Brady, period.
@dolphinvenom2779
@dolphinvenom2779 3 жыл бұрын
@@Steven-mk4gg True he was. He also improved their record every year he was there (minus the last year) and led them to the second most wins in franchise history. No one wins in Cleveland. Of the 15 or so full time coaches that have ever coached there, 4 have an above 500 record. 3 of them in succession from the 1940s to the 70s, and Marty Schottenheimer for 4 years. The only reason Belichick didn't get brought back was because the team moved to Baltimore and just blew everything up. Then he gets a chance to go to the Pats. New England was on the decline, having a horrible end to the 1999 season, hence why Carroll was fired. Belichick comes in and has a year that continued that trend. The next year, with a back up QB (that was playing like it) he won the super bowl. Looking at records in a vacuum doesn't tell you the full story. I get you might not think he's the greatest but he certainly hasn't rode Bradys coattails. He won several super bowls where Brady didn't play well at all and it was up to the defense to win.
