Cool video, thanks for sharing! I can't wait for this year's Jack, one more week to go until that sweet smokey smell fills the hollow! Very cool to see more kamados being used at KCBS comps, I love smoking and BBQing on mine.

Dude that was killer! I just judged a KCBS event yesterday and I'm doing another next weekend. That was some pretty brisket. That cook-off you were at looked awesome! Fun time had by all. Hat's off to the event organizers! I hope to meet you on the BBQ trail some day (Maybe at the Jack or the Royal?) Thanks for sharing!
