As an IBS sufferer for a long time. Having 2 or 3 glasses of warm.water in morning with some lemon honey has helped immensely. Also pranayama meditation swimming walks

@@rajagopallteeragasoondaree9779 ghee is safe for cholesterol, for diabetes jaggery should be theoretically allowed if your r otherwise active and eat healthy throughout the day. Half a spoon of sugar cane jaggery shouldn't bite u back

Stress anxiety and depression leads to functional digestive system problems like IBS C . Gut brain connection. Parasympathetic nervous system. Fight or flight mode. Solution is to be happy asap and fighting for your happiness. Moreover go for panchakarma , pranayama, anunom vilom meditation kapalbhati, asanas,yoga. Wake up early in the morning. Please be happy and fight for your ideals, values and ethics.

heplful especially when wisdom of indian home veg eateries advice is given, like pumpkin ( recipe sadly not given! Yr observance, research suggestions are great, but not de lingo used .." Faat, Shit.! ", gas bloated tummy gas flatulence. Morning toilet poop, stools, excretion is ok. 👍 Alot of hand movements dear child.. 🧡🙇🏻‍♀️🌾🤨 💚 sometimes 2 excesses👌🙏🌈

Friends aaj mai Mera original review Dene wala hu so please comment thik se padhna . Madam ke is video ne meri sad life happy kar di vo kaise mai batata hu aap sab log ko . Meri age 23 hai , Mujhe 28 August 2022 se hard stool ho raha tha ( 1 and 2 number in Bristol stool scale ) 4-5 din aise hee hone ke baad mere anal region me taklif hone lagi . Bleeding ke saath stool Ane laga aur droplets se bleeding hone lagi aur mujhe anal fissure ho gaya ( cut / tear in the lining of anus ) Maine 3 September ko mere local doctor se consult Kiya , unhone painkiller and laxative diye , 1 week smooth stool hua par jaise hee medicine band vaise hee problem fir se shuru . Itna dry aur hard stool hota tha ki Maine apni haatho se use nikala hai kabhi kabhi , bohot pain hota tha mujhe . Fir se Medicine aur fir se thik par jaise hee medicine chodhi vaise hard stool ... Ek samay aise aya ki laxative ( isabgol ) ka effect nahi hone laga . Maine doctor change Kiya , ab mai homeopathy se MBBS ke paas gaya ( dono MD ) yaha bhi 1 month treatment ke baad same problem. Mere pura din happy jata tha par stool paas karte samay duniya bhar ka pain mujhe hota tha aur stool paas karne ke baad 6-7 hours bohot pain hota tha Aise 2 and 2.6 month Maine aisi hee nikale . Fir finally 14 November ko mujhe pata chala ki buttermilk se Rahat milegi to maine buttermilk peena start Kiya after lunch to mujhe 15 ki stool me kaafi relief Mila .. Madam ka video maine 14 November ko dekha aur maine 15 and 16 pure do din morning me kharik , lunch ke baad ghee ke saath gud , shaam ke snack ke baad buttermilk and raat ko til with kharik Aisa Kiya and believe me dosto last 2.6 month me first time maine stool paas Kiya without pain , without strain , anal ke spinchter muscle ko stress diye Bina meri stool ab soft ( 3 number on Bristol stool scale ) ho rahi hai aur aisa lag raha hai mai is duniya ka sabse happiest person hu . Thank you ma'am , thank you so much ... Jo medicine se 3 month me nahi hua vo aapke advice se 2 din me hua . 🙏🙏 Bhai log genuine review hai .

1. No cleanses 2. Should not be on a low carb or no carb diet. 3. Eat home cooked food. Avoid processed foods like juice, bars, smoking, alcohol. 4. Yoga-entire body yoga. 5. Eat kharik in the morning or afternoon. 6. Jaggery & ghee post lunch. 7. Gulkand water-after dinner or bed time.

Thank you for all this information, I find Your approach,’explanations and articulation extremely helpful. I do a lot pf what you say anyway but know you are teaching me Why! Its really important and Im really grateful. I am a Gujarati NRI, I was born and raised in London but ate home cooked indian food all my life daily as my main diet. Fresh, but all imported of course so it was not regional but I am genetically Indian. My parents, grandparents etc, were born and and raised in East Africa - hence different diet slightly but still “Gujarati” with a few variations for replacements with what was regional for them there at the time. I say all that to say this; any different advice for me and others like me specifically? Also, can you start a motivation/mental health/advice channel? You really inspire me and your no nonsense confident approach is Something I would love to hear more from how you handle life and think with your “mental diet” also. Thanks again, Priya.

@@Priya_B in ayurveda there are some medicines . which are herbs taken from the forests ..& Vaidya Ji ( Dr of ayurveda). gives in powder form . .combining many Herbs( forest produce) ..but the results are different for person to person ..{for IBS C / D}.I not know whether they are available in place or grocery shop near your place....but don't worry yu can try some natural ayurvedic products good for ibs C ...which I think are available easily ...like Aloe vera Juice combined with Amla/ Goosebery juice (Empty Stomach) + Buttermilk added with Rock salt to be taken After Lunch ...Kunja vati Tablets & Syrup...remember to avoid Fried spicy oily food & white Sugar...then IBS is little bit curable ...ye time lene wali beemari hai requires some strict guidelines to follow....like lunch dinner on time ...morning evening walk no stress more intake of fluids & green vegetables..in fruits pomegranate is also useful....atleast these things yu can follow to get rid of yur problems I am sure will help yu ...
