I loved the pose where you hugged one knee toward the armpit and had the other leg stretch toward the opposite corner of the mat. That little variation going to the opposite side of the mat really made me aware of a particular muscle I tend to neglect in stretching, so thank you!

Hi Ash, I'm a beginner runner, and just want to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your dynamic warm-up routine before my runs and the cool-down video afterwards! This cool-down routine is AMAZING!!! - it leaves me feeling so RELAXED, like I just stepped out of a massage or sauna. For real! I can really feel the difference in my muscles before and after using your stretches. Thank you for creating such fantastic content for us on KZbin! Speaking of running, I was wondering if you have any advice for a beginner like me. Today I did a 30-minute run with walk-run intervals (3 minutes running, 3 minutes walking). Should I run again tomorrow, or is it better to take a rest day?

Thanks Ash for this great video! I'm preparing myself for the ultra marathon and I have to admit that for some time I was skipping stretching. Suddenly my right knee started hurting. I didn't immediately relate it to the lack of stretching. I started stretching with you after my runs and I have to say that the pain is gone. I only watched to get a sense of how different this 20 minute stretch is compared to your 15 minute stretch. I like how deep this version goes into stretching hips back and all. Will definitely try it!!

Love this whole video, you asked us questions that reflected how our bodies felt after every stretch and about how our ran went. I did a 7.456 mile today with my brother for the first time and it worth doing, I had so much fun! Doing these stretches afterwards was a godsend, this will definitely help with not being a as sore the next day. Keep up the awesome and interactive stretches video they’re awesome!! 👏

Ahhhhh, I needed that stretch out tonight. Feel so much better now after a 16km interval run. Thanks Ash for talking through each stretch, really helps and also helps pass the time as well. Will do one of your glutes specific stretch session tomorrow, my cheeks are a little tight at the moment.
