11 mile easy run this morning. I wasn’t able to stretch right after but did do this stretch a couple of hours later. Felt really good and exactly what I needed.

Perfect after a sunny, fresh 13k after days of cold fog and rain. So relaxing doing this under the sunset. Day 6! 🏃‍♀️☀️🦋

Day 6 completed! Used today's session as a post-long trail run stretch which was perfect for my tight left quad! And lying stretches are my favorite to do also! Thank you as always!

Good morning Ash just what I needed this morning. My first week back running and managed 3 good 5-7km runs but tight as a tight thing today. Stretching twice a day and having 2 days off running - these routines have been great. Looking forward to number 7 in the morning 👍👏👏🙏

My quads are always tight and that stretch was awesome and I could do it! Other stretches are too intense for my quads. I will in corporate it more often!

I have just done day 4,5 & 6 together as forgot to do them 🙈, so that's a 30 minute stretch, feeling very flexible now! 😂 Just done this before my run so I will be interested to see if it makes a difference! Thanks again Ash, see you tomorrow for day 7! 💖
