Huge OSRS fan and player myself. This looks really neat and unique, bug themes and designs aren't utilized enough in games, it's cool they're not just regulated to simple hindrance enemy types. Also really enjoy the limb health system, it fits real well into the souls like system as presented. I know both souls and rogue likes have been the "zombie" sorta fad for gaming in the past few years, but if the devs ever decide to I'd love to see this concept expanded on. The atmosphere it has going already could really lend itself to a roguelike dungeon delver akin to even older PC games, especially since they got the low polygon and pixel font going. The bug theme + limb system would especially make it stand out. I would sink easily hundreds of hours if it ever came to be. Though I may be biased as I've tried to enjoy Barony, Dark and Darker, and a few others but a cool singleplayer experience could go a long way. Doesn't need 30 something characters or easy 800 items from BoI:Re either.

Well said. The game was getting a lot of interest on twitter, so there's always a possibility they could go back to it. Probably not anytime soon though.

I know I'm necro replying to this, but if you like the concept behind this, I'd highly recommend you look into Kings Field 2(PS), 3(PS), and 4(PS2). Their Norrh American releases are titled: Kings Field (ps) Kings Field 2 (ps) Kings Field: The Ancient City (ps2) Didn't get the original in North America, but it's mechanically the worst title.

RuneScape Graphics slap. Show me anything from RS2 and I'll know that it's from RS2. It's a style upon itself that's immediately recognizable. Flynight plays much more like another FromSoftware series, Kings Field, rather than Dark Souls. Though one informed the other to an extent.
