landing forefoot allows the calf to act as a shock absorber. Landing on heel puts the shock straight to the knee. no-heel minimalist type shoes and mindfullness will correct the gait to land forefoot. avoid running on concrete as much as possible, grass preferably, for long term knee health. knee problems is an epidemic, entirely due to heeled shoes and concrete

Eliud do not push off your foot on the ground, he use your elastic force producing when he land your foot.

He lands forefoot, the high heel shoe makes it look different. Look at the landing from the front, offside edge of the shoe lands first. You can't land like that any other way than forefoot.
