Question about foot strike while running. What part of the foot should be making contact with the ground first? Everyone says heel to toe, but I have a feeling you're going to tell me something different. Is it the Green Dot?

The WeckMethod Pulsers were designed to make it much easier to learn and master the Double Down Pulse Technique, although with the Head Over Foot technique. Have you tried them yet? Look at the new videos we just uploaded to see how the Pulsers help with learning this technique!

I've been binge watching your videos. Love you. Question. In your 2016 video on this you talk about the side bend. Should I start with this and then move to the side bend? I'm trying to get my marathon time down for a BQ. Thanks:)

Hi! Learn the Double Down Pulse Technique, then the Head Over Foot and then Learn the Center Line Double Down Pulse. That will make it the most easy!
