Firstly thank you for this video. You have helped us greatly. I was going to book a 1+1 Jodi with Ruparel Pristine Ghatkopar. They showed big dreams and we paid 1 Lac as booking amount. But due to some reason I cancelled in this project and I havent yet received my refund of this but looking at all the reviews here I thank God that main saste me bach gaya. Maybe this was a signal for me from Bhagwan Shri Ram not to burn your money. For middle class ppl like us even 1 Lac is a very big amount, but now I feel that losing 1L is better than losing over 2Cr through bank loan and still not getting possession and being duped. Thank you so much your videos have saved us. I had a house at Thane from Cosmos Builder, one of the best I have seen who promised and delivered. I will be honest I dont mind going back to Thane again. But that is a personal choice. If people do not want to leave their locality they will surely buy in nearby projects. Unfortunately more than half of Mumbai's real estate developers are fraud. Cant help!

Sometimes I wonder that it is better to deal with small time builders rather than going for deal with Big shot. They all are fraud..,from Lodha to RNA to Raheja to Rustomjee..people should not forget about campa cola compound in Mumbai Central and Now ultratec tower corruption in Noida. There is an ecosystem of politicians, bureaucrats and builder lobby in India.

Be aware of some builders. They would take maximum money before even half of the project is done and then they harrass customers. Until strict regulations are in place, such builders should be avoided.

@@pratikashar5742 those apartments are called as bare shell apartments. The walls are made of gypsum. They're made that way so that owners could make their choice of interior. But this should be informed to the buyer before they make payment.

This Develper is one of the most fraud developer He just keep launching projects and has not completed any projects. You can check his projects launched in 206-17 and after 8 years yet to be completed. He will not deliver what he is showing in the advertisement. Dont spoil your dream if you are planning to buy house in Ruparel Realty

I am in touch with one more buyer who just got the refund of the amount which he made through cheque and rest amount approx 22 lakh paid by cash they have not given to him.
