It will calculate as per the capital gains and indexetion value because rural areas sale's cannot exceed transaction of 30 lakhs

Sir, my agriculture land of 90k sqft is in the middle, no road connectivity and the price in that area is 300rs/sqft. Will the same price will be applicable for my land also which didn't have road connectivity. Plot next to me has the road connectivity. If price drop then approx who much % it will drop comparison to the plot next to me which have road connectivity Plse sir reply🙏🏼🙏🏼
