I don't know... some characters really have least presence than others. Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki seems to be way too central to... everything, really! Meanwhile you have the Invisible girl, or the Tail dude, or the Tape guy, who is very much put on the sideline... At one point I want those side characters to get on the frontline once in a while! Or just adventures where they aren't even there, that's actually be cool! :)

Invisible Girl only has one quirk, She becomes invisible by bending light, she just learned the back crossing her limbs over her body in the right she can work like a prism and reflect the light into a blinding flash, same quire just new trick

Little thing to remember: when Aoyama was first introduced in the Quirk Assessment Test, he could only fire his Navel Laser for a second at a time without causing himself distress, and repeated shots basically had him dropping his guts. Here, he was able to generate a beam for *over a minute* to act as a signal for the others in the test. Despite his own self doubt and lack of confidence, he's been working just as hard to become a hero.

Hagakure doesn’t have two quirks her invisibility is based on refracting light around her body so it can’t be seen. her ultimate move say cheese is to manipulate that refractive property to create a blinding flash of light.

I love how Bakugou shows a level of trust in Kaminari in this episode. He’s finally accepting help from his friends. 😁 Also, how Kaminari stands up and takes charge of saving his friends, as he’s portrayed as more of a goofball before this episode.

That’s what a lot of people don’t care about our dynamite oh really that’s his hero name matches personality in my opinion a lot of people think it’s just a brash guy and well for the most part he is he has a heart he doesn’t show it because he likes to keep up appearances but he does care about his friends to the point he’s willing to sacrifice himself for them which we will see later

It really hit me hard when Aoyama tried to sacrifice his chance to pass by using his power to help Tenya stay in the exam. Seeing him accept that his abilities can't equal to his classmates' is just...😥😢

Hey look Kirishima is soft I also wanted to add, Aoyama has done nothing but try to help his classmates throughout the entire series. Sure he competes with them as always, but he doesn’t start getting upset when he fails. Back in the training camp arc, it was his shot at Mr Compress that saved Tokoyami, and in this episode, we see him willing to sacrifice his literal body and hero licence just for Iida. Aoyama deserves more respect.

The show never explained it but aoyomas quirk is so strong it craves In his stomach. The belt he always wears( even during the tournament) prevents his quirk from outright killing himself.

13:22 Apparently her quirk works by altering the way light interacts with her body. I guess you could compare it to the cloaking shields from Star Trek or the cloaking device from Predator. Her ultimate move is her making her quirk refract light to blind foes like a giant flash bang grenade.

People act like Aoyama is the weakest in the group...i believe they all have potential if they become more creative or change their costumes...in season 2 he showed he could shot his lasers in other part of his costumes...also he seems to be able to propulse himself with it...i don't know...jet punch or multiple blast attack ! There is real potential ! He just need more confidence !

This is one of my favorite episodes since it shows that Kaminari isn’t just a joke character and can actually be effective. From what I’ve seen Aoyama fans like this episode for the same reason when it comes to him. Silly characters that are shown to be more than jokes.

Season 3 is really where all the angry rival expectations with bakugo really paid off. Past shows have taught us to expect them to be borderline villains and fairly dumb, so I saw a lot of people expecting the same from bakugo. Then BAM "wtf I am not a villain" doubled with bakugo paying the fuck attention, regardless of his feelings. Hes not blinded by his anger. And it's just so great. He is so far and away my favorite character for how hes written. Like, I prefer to see other characters cos they make me happier but I scream and shout for bakugo everytime he subverts an expectation.

When doing reaction videos specifically for an anime that has a dub it’s easier to react to because you don’t have to read the subtitles, and potentially miss what’s going on on screen because of it. Sometimes you don’t even get a chance to finish reading the subtitles because it’s in lip sync with the characters, and a whole sentence in English can be a few words Japanese. Which will make the subtitles go by too fast which can potentially cause you to miss important information. The only exception to this though is if the reactor understands Japanese well enough to where they don’t need to read the subtitles, or if they are a fast reader.

Just barely watching through this series. I doubt they'd do this, but there are a grand amount of persons with abilities now trained that the liscensing team denied a livlihood... Will they explore that? like the disgruntled masses being beaten out. No matter the reason, they ire should drive some to desperation, villainy? The government obviously cracks down on quirk use, people are not allowed to be themselves unless they are a "hero". That's a boiling pot of emotions that has to spill over. Then again, this is generally marketed towards teens and kids right? So likely no large force governmental coup over unkind policy in store. Not to mention i'm sure Japanese broadcasting would clearly censor anything of the sort. Too bad, could've got very ideologically interesting when the government is not the clear "good" guy.
