The name of the Guy from Ketsubutsu high school with the Quirk Vibrate is Shindo. The Quirk of the Girl Camie that fight Deku is not dessapearing but Transform into other people, you directly saw it when she transform into Uraraka to take down Deku (but well if you saw episode 22 already then you know that the issue with Camie it's not exactly her Quirk 😅) And for last, if you didn't know Zamber all the scenes of Todoroki fighting the Ninja Squad it's actually filler (but because is filler doesn't mean that is not Canon) and the Quirk of the Red Ninja Guy (changing the size of anything he touches) it's also the Quirk of one of the Girls from Class B of UA (Her name is Yui Kodai and is the one that scared Bakugo and Todoroki in the Camp just before the attack of the Villains).

So just a quick little fun fact about that size changing quirk, it was created as an anime original. The manga's author also really liked it so much that he decided to give a nearly identical quirk to one of the students in class 1-B.
