One of the nicest pieces of advice I got from you is to film myself, when I'm skipping. This helps so much, because I can see all my awkwardness and mistakes as much as I need. Cheers)

Most I've done is ten but frequently tripping when doing multiples at speed. These tips were really helpful, thank you. Recently purchased your icon and money rope and love both. Considering getting some of your clothing too, whoever is designing your clothes is doing an awesome job.

Got the money rope and have been busting my butt working on the technique. I realize all the small mistakes I’m making but it’s so difficult to make the subtle adjustments to making everything look slick. Still wondering if I’ve adjusted the rope to the right length since I’m 6’4 also my shins feel like they’re shattering. Getting the mat soon. But all in all extremely addictive and fun!

@DynamoDeniro5 жыл бұрын
What part of your leg do you feel pain?
@khaledgym63015 жыл бұрын
Below the knee is the whole leg
@DynamoDeniro5 жыл бұрын
@@khaledgym6301 I am not an expert but, are you warming up enough? If so, there might be some weakness or imbalance in your lower leg. Bodyweight squats are great for building a strong foundation in the leg. Also look into Hindu squats where you can perform higher reps to get you ready for continuous jumping. Hope this helps in someway.
