The legal expert (a defense attorney) is providing a good legal education to a small part of a trial. I hope she continues to be a commentator. The two reporters who were onsite at the trial were also great at letting us know what Day 1 of the trial was like. I just found this channel, and will continue to watch these daily summaries because what I found here is so good.

@@michelewallace3628 I don’t think so because the courts are not there to entertain us., they are there for justice. Justice is a process and to bring cameras in there would impact that process. I personally wouldn’t see a problem with having cameras in there and showing us the trial after the verdict, but I totally disagree. A camera should be showing us the action as it happens before the verdict is ever reached or before the jury goes to make a decision.

I'm not saying I'm 100% sure, but it's surprising that people believe that in such a publicised crime prosecutors etc would take it this far on circumstantial evidence. @@nemonucliosisyeah, you the type. Want someone, anyone to pay, then have the audacity to denounce the omnipotent one. Sounds about right. Let logic lead, not emotions-isn’t that the leg atheists hang their hat on? Free will exists. The free will that gives you the ignorance to proclaim such a defiance is that same which compels evil men to do evil deeds. It is the same that drives confirmation bias and shotty investigations. Don’t imbibe naysaying dogma to explain one evil act or another. Just be on the right side, all one can do. None of that means I am ok with tragedy, I just know I would rather focus my energy in fighting it and not God (denial of something is in turn belief in that something). Witnesses placed him at the scene of the crime; but so did Richard Allen himself. He admitted to being on that trail and offered that to investigators mere days after the murders. So, it sounds like the only thing prosecutors have as to why they arrested Allen is their claim that "a spent bullet matches his gun." Again, remember, the "confessions" occurred long after he was arrested and had been incarcerated. So, those confessions are absolutely irrelevant as to the evidence law enforcement had PRIOR to his arrest and had nothing to do with why they chose to arrest him for these murders. I hope that the prosecutors have more than simply a bullet. However, if they do, you would think that they would have brought that up in their opening statement. Right? They didn't. Idk.

@@sethstine4698 well you can correct me because I haven’t been following this trial but you make it sound like they don’t have much so tell me where I’m wrong Don’t they have pictures of a guy that resembles this man that was on the phone of the girls ? Don’t they have a similar bullet between the scene and the suspect ? Don’t they have eyewitnesses that said he was on the trail ? Don’t they have an initial statement from him prior to the confession where he put himself on the trail as well ? Based on the sexual content of the crimes and how bodies removed, doesn’t that indicate it was a male and the suspect is also a male ? Isn’t there other suspicious behavior by him such as the changing of his looks and conversations with his wife? I would also imagine that there is evidence by the prosecution that hasn’t been released to the public
@sethstine4698
@sethstine4698 2 ай бұрын
@francostacy7675 nothing you cite proves that he is the murderer. Resembling bridge guy is not a crime. Changing one's behavior or looks is not a crime. Being on that trail or spotted on that trail by eyewitness does not prove he is guilty of these murders. And yes, he voluntarily went to law enforcement and said he was on the bridge that day. That doesn't make him guilty. They found a 40 caliber unspent bullet in the woods. They are going to try to argue that it came from his gun. But I still don't know if they can 100% prove it came from the exact gun that he owns.

The leading theory for now that Abby was killed where she fell due to blood pooling and whatever evidence they haven’t released yet. Libby on the other hand is assumed to have been killed closer to the river and dragged back to where Abby lay. People assume they were posed but if you drag someone by their arm and just drop it, it would look posed too. I feel for these girls. I hope that they gave the killer hell, at least in the last few moments, imagining how scared and lonely they felt is gut wrenching.

RA had no prior knowledge that those girls would be there, he is a family man who doesn't even have a police record. If they can find a definite motive or prior connection, I won't question his guilt. However, the niggling question is: which unseasoned murderer of smaller stature would, on the spur of the moment, take 2 young, strong teenage girls hostage not knowing whether they have family or friends in close proximity? And for what reason? If they were sexually assaulted, where is the direct DNA evidence? Why did the judge exclude any mention of Odinism - which is widely practiced in the area by groups such as the Vinlanders including by some members of the prison staff - possibly even the police? Why did one of the first investigators resign unless there was a threat of retribution by Odinists/Vinlanders? Was this a drug related killing against perhaps, family members involved in drugs? These happen all the time now in the US. When exactly was that "Down the hill" video taken or was it manufactured beforehand as false evidence and placed on Libby's phone to befuddle the case? Somebody lured those kids to that bridge on that day at that time. They were abducted by someone who knew they would be there. It was planned. Question is: who all knew A & L would be at the bridge at exactly that time? There is no doubt that the girls were abducted and killed elsewhere by others, but why? They were more than likely placed there and RA was framed by people who have the knowledge and means to do so. The bullet was only found AFTER RA himself told police he was on the bridge that day. Furthermore police interviews with key people of interest were lost. Why did the suspect sketches vary? First it was a young guy, then suddenly it was an older man. How can a fair trial take place with only partial evidence available? How high and how deep does this cult go within the system? These are questions that must be answered before convicting the state's suspect who was not even a suspect until long after. Something stinks higher than the Monon Bridge in this case. It's either drug, gang or cult related. Will we ever know the truth? Why has it taken this long unless someone in the system is covering for someone else.

Rick is Not the guy! Over the course of six years, despite receiving over 100,000 tips, not a single one from law enforcement led to Richard Allen, even though he lived in Delphi, worked in a customer-facing job at the town’s only pharmacy, and regularly interacted with law enforcement, the victims' families, and the community. There is an obscene amount of exculpatory evidence and significant evidence pointing to alternate suspects-all of which comes from the state's own discovery materials. All recorded interviews at the Delphi Police Department from days 1-7 of the investigation were “accidentally deleted,” and no written reports exist to identify who was interviewed. Furthermore, the audio portions of interviews conducted from days 11-53 were also “accidentally deleted.” Since Richard Allen was charged, his defense counsel has filed three motions with the Supreme Court of Indiana, and one writ has been issued. The defense has also submitted four separate motions for a Franks hearing (a hearing to challenge the truthfulness of the information used to secure warrants), all of which were denied, with the judge “finding” that the police did not lie-without ever holding a hearing. For fourteen months, Richard Allen has been held in solitary confinement in a 12x8 concrete cell with a windowless steel door, spending more than 23 hours a day in the most restrictive unit of a maximum-security prison-all as a pretrial defendant. Allen has allegedly made sixty-one "confessions" during his five months of state-sanctioned torture while experiencing a medically diagnosed psychosis, induced by a combination of drugs and the stress of his confinement. These confessions contained no accurate details of the crime. For five months, Allen was involuntarily medicated with injectable antipsychotics while also enduring severe withdrawal symptoms after abruptly discontinuing SSRIs that he had taken for 20 years. Additionally, there is no DNA evidence linking Allen to the crime or the victims-although unidentified foreign DNA was recovered from the scene. No time of death was established by the pathologist during the autopsy, no sexual assault was detected, and there were no signs of a struggle with either of the two victims. No murder weapon has been recovered, and no motive has been offered by the prosecution, with the prosecutor stating it’s "not their burden to prove." Further, there are no fingerprints tying Allen to the crime, and no cell phone or computer data links him to the scene, although data from one of the victims' phones indicates it was accessed and powered on at 4:33 a.m. on the day following the crime. No witnesses can identify Allen, even though two witnesses-whose statements were later embellished by the police and used to arrest Allen-continue to assert that they saw a completely different person. There are also no witnesses to place Allen's car at the scene, while multiple witnesses reported seeing entirely different vehicles. Furthermore, no cat hair or motorcycle covers were involved, as has been speculated in some theories. Allen has no prior criminal history, and investigators found no child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in his possession. There is no connection between Allen and the victims, Abby and Libby, and no recordings exist of Allen’s initial interview, which he voluntarily gave to police to inform them he had been at the trails. Investigators made no effort to disprove Allen's alibi, which stated he left the area around 1:30 p.m. and went home. None of the clothing, hats, or knives examined by the state have any connection to the crime. Similarly, tests conducted on Allen’s vehicle have yielded no physical evidence connecting it to the murders. There is also no indication that Allen changed his appearance, lifestyle, residence, or career since the murders. The prosecution's timeline cannot be proven, and there is no evidence linking Allen to other potential suspects or persons of interest, such as Ron Logan, Brad Holder, Elvis Fields, Patrick Westfall, Ned Smith, Rod Abrams, Johnny Messer, Anthony Kline, Kegan Kline, or Jerry Kline. Likewise, there are no ties between Allen and any Odinist or Asatru beliefs. justiceforjonbenetramsey.blogspot.com/2023/09/delphi-murders-libby-abby.html

He was an abusive partner, had a false alibi that he had his cousin lie (later admitted it was a lie to police) during the time the girls were at the bridge, prior to known missing - this is a coverup to a poor investigation and delayed justice.
