Sometimes a mentor is somebody you would never recognize as a mentor. A child, a loving gesture, a youtube comment..... ... just kidding :) ( with the youtube comment at least) At the end everything can serve you as a mentor and i know you know that.. Just several month ago i found what some people consider a mentor. A young girl, so loving, so kind, so light. She touched my heart and beyond all layers of my nebulous realities. Now she is my symbol for pureness, for light heartedness, for peace.... Actually there are several other people that tend to move and touch me... at the end it always brings you back to your way and your heart... hope this comment serves you in a way or another

Jay you are an amazing teacher / mentor / person. And I have always loved Russel Brand... even at his lowest. He is who he is and he accepts that. He’s had a long journey yet he knows every day is what you make it. Listening to him was exactly what I needed today. He gave me a perspective regarding addiction and spiritually together that I had never thought of. I agree with you Jay in that so many more people are ready to let go of low vibe things to obtain higher energy and more happiness and peace. Don’t want to bring any low vibes but think you should be aware of Jay not being as good intentioned as he makes himself out to be...he continuously plagiarizes others’ quotes and not only fails to give them credit but he makes them out to be his own...🤷🏻‍♂️. If he mans up and actually admits his wrong doing then I will have a little respect for him, but the fact that he has never even addressed this is pretty sad and pathetic. There are too many authentic gurus out there who deserve peoples’ time and attention much more than this guy....🤔

I watched this with no prior knowledge of who Russel Brand is and I'm not sure what is the takeaway from this interview. That sex and drugs isn't the answer to happiness? It's logical to me that anything in excess is destructive. I wish you'd go deeper with him then what is happiness to him, what tools does he uses daily, what's his routine like, whatever.
