Russ isn’t natty , he’s actually one of the worst fake nattys online. It’s actually pretty racist how many whites people give back people a natty pass. So many black guys get away with claiming natty and they’re just not.. the strength records is the giveaway. Natty comps , nobodies natty.

Ideal workout temp is 80-95 degrees for me. Nothing to do with energy expenditure but I really just feel like it's harder to get a really good workout in in an A/C facility
@noone-pg4lr Жыл бұрын
Nah only in the garage if it’s in the gym a cool 70 is good
@crepesaresupreme4075 Жыл бұрын
A/C faculties require your body to burn more to stay warm vs higher temps you’re sweating like crazy to stay cool. Body has much greater athletic potential in warmer temps. Although, there is a negative return, obviously, when the heat begins to strain your body.
@Llama_charmer Жыл бұрын
@@crepesaresupreme4075 Yeah i struggle to work out in the heat, I dislike the heat in general, my comfortable temp range is from 0-15C (32-60). Anything above 20C (70) and im so hot that i cant push myself to muscular failure because i go light headed and dizzy. Its sucked over summer ive lost so much strength because its been consistently 25-30C so my workouts have been awful. Meanwhile my friend wears a hoodie in the gym when its hot because getting hot and sweaty "motivates him"
@chrisancrum8088 Жыл бұрын
I like to be in a hot gym. It really helps my joints and muscles warmup for the movements way better. I finally get things flowing near the end of my workout time since I go in the mornings before work. AC gyms takes my body too long to get wraned up and loose for most of my movements in the lift. I love the heat

Most of the studies show that you burn less calories when you workout in a hot environment mainly because you can't workout at the same intensity and also because you can't go as long. Rate of perceived exertion (not actual exertion) is higher when you're working out in a hotter environment
@havocmg Жыл бұрын
They’re talking about equating intensity and volume. And you easily can go the same intensity you just might need more breaks / longer rest between sets
@BigBusiness02 Жыл бұрын
@havoc2127 rate of perceived exertion is higher when training at extreme ends of the temperature spectrum. So you easily FEEL like you're going with the same intensity, although you are not. You can't go with the same intensity and you can't do so for as long as if you trained in a moderate climate. You said it yourself, you have to take more breaks. There's a reason. Your work capacity in a really hot environment is going to be less than that of your work capacity in a moderate temp environment. You can workout longer/do more volume in a moderate temp than in a high temp. Less energy is going to go towards keeping your body in homeostasis. You can't equate intensity and volume between the two because you're literally able to go at higher intensity and volume in one of the situations and not the other.

Bruh that sucks
@Llama_charmer Жыл бұрын
I can train upset but like you said the quality of the workout and technique goes down the drain, i forget to breathe or cheat the movement by going to fast or think i can go heavier and end up sacrificing form. I will listen to hype music for my compound lift for that day, then after that i switch to way more chill music so i can focus on my accessory stuff
