@@user-bf1od2op2f Начнём с того, что разгон подобных демонстраций просто незаконен, так как статья 31 конституции РФ гарантирует возможность выходить гражданам на митинг. Далее, в каком месте она сопротивляется? Когда тебя ведут 4 человека сопротивляться физически невозможно. А данный сотрудник явно превысил свои полномочия.

@@user-bf1od2op2f Причём здесь вообще ковид? Этот митинг проходил летом 2019 года. Да и к тому же почему то запрет на массовые мероприятия не распространяется на провластные мероприятия, по типу концерта по поводу годовщины присоединения Крыма, или это другое? По поводу согласования. Ну, во-первых, это даже звучит бредово, что нужно согласовывать митинги с теми, против кого они направлены. Во-вторых, сам федеральный закон о проведении массовых мероприятий противоречит 31 статье конституции, что недопустимо.
