Russia's conditions for peace are clear neutrality/NO NATO, demilitarization of Ukraine, official cession of the 4 regions + Crimea, respect for the Russian language and the rights of Russian speakers in regions such as Odessa and Kharkov and lifting all sanctions Zelensky and the US are not willing to accept these conditions so the war continues. Zelensky has not understood that in war the conditions are dictated by the winner in this case Russia not the loser
