GS, your series of videos on 2-circle tactics with the F-16 has really helped me improve my flying. Being able to strong-arm somebody into that 2-circle fight when you want it is very powerful. But I still have problems when on the receiving end. I would love a similar series with a 1-circle fighter, showing how to recognize reversal cues and how to execute counter 2-circle tactics.

A good idea might be to rewatch the Tomcat section of the video, although the Tomcat has some technical issues and doesn't quite do what GS would hope for, he basically puts himself in the losing position of the 2-circle, evades the nose of the F16, tightens down the turn and the F16 overshoots him. Unfortunately part of the reason is that he compressor stalled and lost all his airspeed and the F16 just runs away, so he does it again and has a bit more success.

I'd like to see a ladder fight! Both sides rank their jets from worst performance to best, and each side starts off in their worst jet. If you win, you bring the same jet next round, but if you lose you climb the ladder and bring the next best jet on the list. The goal is to stay as low on the ladder as possible. Once you lose your best jet, you've lost the match overall.

Such a good fight on the f14 vs f16. Staying calm despite having a f16 rating the hell out of you in a 2 circle.

That f14 gun kill was well worked. Plus one pull of the trigger.

Mig15 in a genuinely WW2 scenario would have killed a lot of enemies with ease with not much challenge coming, same way the F22 killed it easily. The Advancement of aviation tech from time to time.
