I have a couple of related questions, firstly how is the sound proofing from neighbouring apartments? Secondly, is it common for blue collar type work places to have showers? Just thinking with the small space and an inability to do much at home it would be great to be able to clean up at work and then go to gym/sport/hobby locations without an extra trip home in between to clean up ... Most of the work places here now have showers, has that become a universal thing? Oh and can you have cats or dogs in these micro places?

Moreover, since August 1 in Moscow there is a new legislative act establishing the minimum size of one-room apartments and studios - 28m²...

Everything patchwork or an afterthought it seems. And exposed piping and radiators are odd too.
@lalala12612 ай бұрын
Why can't you dry your clothes in Russia? You're right, there are no shared laundry rooms in houses. But many people are disgusted to wash their own clothes after others, for this reason they rarely even use dry cleaners. Now almost all washing machines have a drying function and wash down jackets. If there is a laundry room in the apartment, then they buy a washing machine and a dryer so as not to waste time when you wash a lot of things. For example, I have 2 washing machines - a standard size and a large one for washing blankets, both with a dryer.
