That's Novoandreyevka. LOL. Here, this is an easy rule: Whenever you see the double i "ii", like when people wrongly say "Avdiivka", its really "ey eh", so Avdiivka is actually pronounced Avdeyevka, and Novoandriivka is Novoandreyevka. Once you get the hang of it, its easy. Another thing is the "ivka" at the end of the name of the town, like Horlivka, its usually "ovka", though sometimes "evka". lol So Horlivka is really Gorlovka, Hrodivka is Grodovka, and of course NovoHrodivka is really NovoGrodovka, and Heorhiivka is Georgeyevka (which means Georgetown in English). Like I said, most of it has to do with the translation of the Cyrillic alphabet into Latin and then to English pronunciation. The letters often don't match up between the two alphabets. Look on the bright side, at least its not Chinese characters. Talk about difficult to get it right without listening to a Chinese person!
