it was very difficult to restore because it was full of rust all around and both of its handles were completely ruined Before its restoration, it was most important to remove its rust WD-40 and wire wheel With this I removed all the rust and made it shine like a mirror and put both new handles on it and now it's usable .

Your results are good but I don't see why you do the hand sanding first. Why not use the power tool first it would be much easier to hand sand for the finsish results?
