Her second book, "5 Spices, 50 Dishes" is my favorite cookbook. I have somewhere between a dozen cookbooks, and at least 6 of those are Indian. This one passes them all by far. Haven't decided on the 6 Spices one yet though. But everything from 5 Spices is absolutely awesome. I usually double up on the chile (I put chile powder on many many different foods, Indian, Mexican, and American!), mustard seed, green chile, and cilantro. Oh man, the cucumber with tadka and the corn with mustard seed (I switch out hominy for the corn), are awesome! I can't get enough!
