I've had a thyroidectomy and 2 kidney transplants. It's so hard to lose weight but I'm not giving up

Keep working it and don't give up. Consistency is key and just strengthen your muscles as much as you can to boost that metabolism. Also, keep watching for my tips because I will be going into diet options as well. We can do so much for our bodies by making small food choice changes that are healthy and beneficial too!
