Unfortunately, I've lost total faith in the medical system. I've had 3 doctors telling me to get the Covid jab. I've asked them to tell me the ingredients in the jab so I could make an informed choice. Not one could tell me and all told me to look it up on the internet. I get a hoot out of a lot of health people telling us to read the ingredients on our food labels. Don't hear anything about reading the Covid jab label. By the way, the ingredients are being hid from us. I ain't taking a Drano jab. Eaglegards... P.S. I was put into Army dental medical experiments without my consent. These experiments were not put into my Army medical records. I was jabbed with every vaccine around. I was over sprayed with Agent's Orange and Blue in the Republic of Vietnam too.

wow, such a blessing. I had sciatica. I was behind the trailer and couldn't move. Luckily I had my cellphone, so I called my son and husband for help. I have had sciatica and constant back pain, but not to the degree I was facing then. I already had a bit of a drop-foot and a previous back surgery. I went to the emergency room, and they gave me more pain meds than I already took. My husband and son were such a blessing. I couldn't have nade it without them. Fast forward to March 2023, and I had another back surgery (done over 2 days). Hospital and Rehab hospital, for over 3 weeks. and then months after I was home. I know your video was 2 years ago, but I totally understand your situation and your pain. I hope that you are doing well and are back to normal life without pain!

There truly is no place like home. In Oct 2019 we traveled to our camp site, 2 hours from home. I took my car cause didn't fell like bouncing around in the truck....I spent the night, got up the next morning and said I'm going home. By the end of the week I was admitted to the hospital with a life threatening situation ..I was in hospital for 3 months before surgery could be done..I survived and made it home for Christmas....We took one more trip the following Spring . Realized it was just too much work for us and sold the 5th wheel....

Hello, yes I have suffered with the same issue for many many years. I lay on the floor and roll my back on a pool noodle. The relief from this is massive. You do need to get out of bed and walk plus other exercises. We have been married for 48 years so we are very supportive of each other and we live in a much smaller rig then yours. Now Liz you will feel much relief if you look up on google rolling your back. Laying down you will just seize up and the pain will be horrific. Take care. Had 6 surgeries in 3 yrs for sciatica, scoliosis, ruptured disc, neuropathy, fibromyalgia and arthritis in the facet joint. The facet joint is what the nerves run through spine. My joint is 2/3 closed so the nerves rub against the bones. So my leg, back, and foot always hurt. I understand your sciatica pain. Hopefully they will get you fixed! Do the stretches but don’t over stretched, take your time and let it heal! The goal is slow very slow progress of improvement! Go slow and take your time or you will end up in surgery! Oh sleeping put a pillow between your knees and sleep on your side that may help take pressure of and if it turns out to be long turn get a wedge pillow to put under your knees to elevate your lower legs to flatten and relax the lower back

When we went to Minnesota last year for Darci’s son wedding, he had a reception at a family fun center. We called ahead to see if we could park our motorhome out in the corner of their lot. The manager said she has a better idea. She pulled us right next to the side of the building and hooked us up to electricity. She did not want money but we gave her a real good tip. I have had a fractured back and it has pinched my sciatic nerve for a couple years now. We are finally talking surgery to fix the problem. Then It is a knee replacement.

Bless your heart. I know this pain well. Once it happens it tends to stick around. Acupuncture and chiropractor have been my friends! It’s so true the importance of a supportive partner. Since I had Covid I’ve had permanent damage to my lungs and just as we started my treatment we found out Mo has throat cancer. I had to put my health aside so we could focus 100% on his treatment as he has stage 4. This has put our travel plans on hold. Thankfully we still have our sticks and bricks and are able to be home during this difficult time. We are sending you both lots of love and well wishes. You both are beautiful people! P.S. with back problems we had to shorten travel days to no more than 200 and if not possible we stop every 200 to stretch and walk!

Oh damn that cancer word with a rating! If it's "just" stage 5 then you're fine. Me I got the dreaded stage 5 advanced which is the last level the next being getting to watch grass grow from the wrong side! I hope you're ready for the treatments! They can be hard on both of you. Just having a partner to help you in this journey is the best thing out of it as you'll live for a long time. Me being divorced and with a 27 year old son I'll pretty much be doing this on my own but then again it's been 9 years so I'm sure I can do this on my own! Heck it's just cancer. I've already had covid AND punenmuna at the same time in February which they found out about when I had my first tractor trailer accident in 40 years laying it on its side! That was a fun night! I mean what else can I catch/get except I catch the Zulu version of the covid19 virus or a regular old cold! Lolol! Listen to your body And Blue skies and safe journey's!

Sorry that you are going through this Liz. I am a 69 year old male and had a similar issue for 18 months after bending over to pick up something. The pain was so incredible I had to sleep in a chair at night. In my case, I found I had a herniated disc (pinched nerve) between L4-L5. I did steroid spinal shots, weeks of physical therapy at a hospital, visits to a chiropractor, and ever stronger meds. Nothing really helped. The pain would come and go. I had two MRI’s, and visited a neurosurgeon. Basically, the Dr told me frankly surgery might or might not help. So, I took charge of my body. I am 6’ and was around 220’. I began a Keto diet, lost 20’ and began an exercise program. I found a personal physical therapist/person trainer and started a 3X per week strength training program, focusing on building core strength. Nine months later, I have no back pain (and am much stronger with less weight). My case may not be relevant to your case (you do not look like weight is an issue for you). But, I now believe many of us with back issues have something related to our weak “core” back and stomach muscles as we get older. I am fortunate to have the location and resources to use a personal trainer. But, frankly, if you Google “building core strength for lower back pain” I believe you will find exercises you can do on your own (with an occasional visit to some sort of gym while on the road). Again, all of us are different, and what I did may not work for you. The pain meds do help, but most of our bodies need ever stronger doses as your body tolerance builds. And that is a dangerous slippery slope. The side effects will make issues worse long term. The pain is too much at first when you have an event like this to start an exercise program. But soon as you are able, as one Dr told you, you have to move around, Add focused core strengthening exercises and you will get better. Bad news- it does take, sometimes, 2-3 months to get pain free. I suggest that both you and Paul find a strength program that works for you both as a “cure”, but, more importantly, as a long term back pain prevention plan. Good luck! Barry

I had very painful sciatica. Lumbar nerve root compression due to a herniated lumbar intervertebral disc. Sudden onset just like you. You are fortunate in that you have a very well defined problem. For me, it was very important not to have a chronic painful condition that would limit my mobility and necessitate chronic treatment with steroid injections and pain killers, etc. At first, I tried the conservative approach without surgery. No good. I shopped around for an excellent spine orthopedic surgeon with a very good track record. I had the surgery and physical therapy. Discectomy and Laminectomy. Removal of the disc and the overlying arch of bone. No more nerve root compression. No more sciatica. Small, fine scar in the midline of my lower back. Excellent outcome. Pain free with absolutely no problems for many years now. As we age, it is not uncommon for one health problem to develop quickly into multiple health problems. So, I am not at all surprised that the sciatica caused you the eye injury. I have been following your channel for a long time now and enjoy your content along with Paul's (the cars). I have never commented on your channel before. But, I thank you for teaching me that RV life is not for me. I wish you and Paul the best.

I remember crawling to get to the bathroom, my sweetheart felt helpless. I agree the ER thinks you are just "trying to get drugs" ... Sad. I was told I was overweight, & that was contributing- but - you are small. so I guess not. I had the x-ray showing bulging discs. Hi Liz and Paul. I suffered severe sciatic back pain from being run over by a small pickup. It hurt so much, I could not walk and had to use a wheelchair. My suggestion would be to get somewhere near a big city and find a good Chiropractor who specialises in severe back pain. Perhaps also a physical therapist in a pain management clinic. For immediate help get at Walgreens (2) extra large gel ice pads for the back, several boxes of ThermaCare Heatwraps for the back. Use ice pack for severe pain first. Heat for muscle pain and relaxing to sleep better. I also take every night magnesium and potassium gluconate to help with the leg cramps. Also get (online) a large wedge shaped pillow so you can lay flat on a firm bed ( or floor) with legs raised up with the wedge pillow. If your bed is too soft it will irritate your back too. Try laying on the sofa or floor with legs propped up with a wedge. You probably will need to be under a Doctor’s care for a month or two. Possibly needing nerve injections and pain meds. Find a good RV park for a couple months stay.

This might sound like a burden , but for those of you who travel solo , maybe set up a daily text or phone call (every day at 9 AM?), just a quick "OK today" to a relative/friend someplace. This gives you a tad bit of reassurance that someone will call the local sheriff and have them do a "wellness check" if for some reason you don't send your daily text or phone call. You'll be past "golden hour" help but you probably won't be a "late find" and consumed by your companion animals. And with luck those pets can be placed in a loving home someplace post your demise..

OMG Liz, I know what sciatica is all about- you can't sleep, walk or stand and it seems you can't find relief no matter what you do. It will go away eventually but your doctor is correct. You need to move no matter how painful it is. Also, every time I carry something heavy in front of me, it triggers my sciatica. So moving forward, you need to be careful with your back as it might come back. My relief is physical therapy and getting myself in a fetal position helps relax my back and relives pressure. I wish you the best and please know that it will go away eventually. Sending healing prayers your way 🙏

I feel for you, Liz! The pain can be absolutely unreal and finding any relief incredibly difficult. One piece of advice I can give you with my own struggle with this - when you recover, and YOU will, pay all that much closer attention to the slightest tinge any out-of-place feeling from your back and nerves. It's your body's early warning. Immediately stop whatever you are doing, take an anti-inflammatory, and relax and tell yourself it's perfectly fine you stopped whatever you were doing!

I have had this, twice. The first time was eleven years ago when I had traveled to take care of my daughter who’d just had a C-section. I ended up in worse shape than her, and just had to push through, as there was no one else to help. I had no insurance so could not see a Dr. I ended up with nerve damage in my right leg clear to my toes. That leg is now weaker, but no drop foot. I can still hike and do a 5k. I had another bout last year. Saw a chiropractor several times and it got worse. I finally got physical therapy, and that worked within three days. I now know the exercises to keep that area stretched and uncompressed so have not suffered another bout. You need a straight back chair and an exercise ball. You put the ball in front of you, and with the tips of your fingers, slowly roll the ball as far away from you, stretching as far as you can. Then slowly roll it back, ten times, three times per day. See if that helps.

I found that I was better in my camper than home. I was more relaxed and enjoying what I loved, cramping 🤗. I found it helped me to get over the pain faster. You both have a beautiful camper. From watching him, he has it together.🙂 Just take alittle more easier and keep yourself aware of the way you bend or turn to pick things up. We went full time in 2008 from WA. We sold our home, sold most of our stuff, put a lot of it in storage and loaded down the motorhome. All of the lifting and hauling, I had lower back pain . We went to CA and I went to a local chiropractor. She said there was something more serious than just muscle pain. She sent me for a CT Scan. After viewing the CT report, she said I had 2 herniated discs, possibly 3. She said when we could stay put for awhile, I should see a neurosurgeon. That was in Cottonwood, AZ, but we had to see a doctor in Flagstaff. He ordered a MRI. I was prescribed medication, but no treatment was ordered. Resting helped it improve so I can function. We no longer are full timers but one thing to make sure of is that your health insurance covers you out of your area. I wasn’t eligible for Medicare at the time, but I took out an extended insurance from my work. At that time, I was told not to lift anything, not even a pan of water. We had a puppy who was being housebroken and had to be carried up and down the RV steps even in the middle of the night. That fell on my husband, too. He had to do everything.

I am an internal medicine physician who sees back pain and sciatica almost every day. Most herniated disks and sciatica pain do not need surgery. Nerve specific pain medications, one week course of steroid medications to reduce inflammation, and physical therapy is standard of care. I agree that traveling limits your access to care. I work in a setting where patients follow their primary care physician for decades. If they’re sick enough to go to the hospital, their primary care physician who already knows them sees them at the hospital.

A surgical problem requires a surgical solution. If you have severe, persistent sciatica, why suffer with the chronic pain and endless short term fixes from medical or other treatments when there is a highly effective surgical treatment ? My spine surgery completely solved my problem, and I was so very grateful. Discectomy & Laminectomy. Removal of herniated disc and overlying arch of spinal bone. No more nerve root compression. Liz, I am sooo sorry you are going through this! I am glad you guys keep it real. Paul, you seem like a kind and gentle man. My husband and I do not rv, but we have been married for 24 years and raised 3 kids together. We still like and love each other very much. What we have been through ... in sickness and in health ... haha - My husband was sick with an autoimmune illness for the first two years of our marriage. I worked full-time while he convalesced. Unbeknownst to me, I was merely paying it forward. - Thanksgiving 2008 while visiting our families: his dad had a stroke, our daughter had an ambulance ride to the hospital because of asthma, my mom had a crisis that was stressful on me. I remember laying in the guest bed at his mom's house with my husband. He was crying because of his father. I was crying because of my mother. Both of us were talking to the other without the other paying attention. Finally, we were both laughing because we both realized that neither one of us had the capacity for the other's stuff. In that moment of laughter -- laughing at ourselves -- I remember receiving so much comfort because we had vowed to be in this together with each other ... and at least we were trying. -2009 I nearly died giving birth to our third child. HELLP Syndrome and placenta acreta. I lost a quarter of my blood. Also broke my tailbone after the delivery. (Paul, I can relate to the lower back pain never going away completely.) Also, I had to perform CPR on our newborn after coming out of surgery because she was choking on amniotic fluid and we couldn't find the nurses anywhere. My husband still will not talk about this birth. - 2013 We were displaced because of a 1000 year flood in Colorado. I had also been disowned from my family previous to the flood. -2016 -2018: My husband would hold our family together because I had a mental health breakdown. I have PTSD from childhood trauma. - 2020 enough said... 😉🤦♀️ My husband is also a kind and gentle man, and I respect him very much. I cannot imagine making it through this life without him. You asked for the .. in sickness part.. please know that we have had many, many joys too. Life is hard, but Life is good. Love to you both.

This is the best suggestion for you. I have dealt with sciatica since 1997 when I spent a week in a hospital for diagnosis. I have degenerative joint disease including my spine. I am not a medical professional and am also reluctant to advise you, but from having had a great PT professional treat and teach me to care for myself, I have succeeded in keeping myself active. Sciatica, bottom line is spinal compression. The nerves go down through your vertebrae and exit between the vertebrae to different locations. Depending on where the spinal column vertebrae are being compressed onto the nerve.) L2L3 is the next space and so on up the spine. L4L5 is the where the nerve exits down the back of the leg, that causes the most common sciatica. You have more than one contributing life style to aggravate sciatica, driving/riding in a pickup towing a trailer and running and hiking. A good PT person can help you. Long term treatment is building your core strength to support your lower spine. Doing what you can to decompress your spine, like using a trapeze style bar (something to hang from). Steroids are a short term treatment and as we age, steroids can have long term effects. Anti-inflammatories are a safer longer term medicinal treatment. We wish you the best of luck in your recovery.

I have a degenerative disc L4-L5. Many time the Dr will blindly give you a cortisone shot during a visit. There is a procedure called “cortisone under fluoroscopy”. The dr uses and x-ray machine to guide the needle placement and the injection/flood of cortisone hits the bullseye of where it is needed and hence does the most good. Rather than the 6-8 week recover you mention, your recovery will be more like 10-15 days. This made a huge difference when something (some movement, etc) would cause a flare up. I learned to ask about this from my brother-in-law who is an anesthesiologist and had it himself. That said there is a limit to how many times cortisone will work. Eventually insurance will pay for stem cell injections to deal with this. Hope you feel better soonest.

(I also worked for several Chiropractors over many years).I use physical therapy sometimes also. PT is great for guiding you on the proper stretches so you help and not make it worse. Also, I have learned thru the years to use proper body mechanics to not aggravate it. Lying down, always put a pillow under your knees. I have found that critical for my back. Moving some is really important. When I sit or lie down for too long my back locks up. We are designed to move. I hope you find relief. Keep us posted.

⏩ Liz, I am about your age and have had a lifetime of this problem. *Here's my suggestion:* Pain med helps, but usually only masks the actual problem. I strongly suggest finding a good chiropractor, preferably a woman, who can help with ultrasonic vibration, gentle adjustments, etc, *to gently alleviate the pain,* and *get you into a better place physiologically.* She'll also *help you with the stress,* which just exacerbates everything. It might take a week or two, but *as we age* these things happen. *A good chiropractor works holistically,* and will also suggest *daily stretches* you can do to *prevent this from happening again in the future.* It wasn't until I found *a good chiropractor* that I began *to really find relief.* When I stop doing the stretches, the problem returns. *Hope this helps.*

My wife went through the exact same injury two years ago. Injections helped initially and some PT. After a year or so, she began seeing a chiropractor, who is addressing the root cause of the sciatica; compressed and inflammed disc pushing up against the nerve. Now, she has feeling back in her foot post two sessions per week X 1 month! She continues to go and get great relief. Drugs, injections, etc mask the problem. Exercise, stretches, and her Chiro are the ticket. Its her care plan, may not be right for you but drugs and other similar means will not solve the problem.

At first is wasn't too bad, but by the next morning I felt crippled - could only walk hunched over - or sit, barely; getting out of bed or a chair was totally torture! I read something about forcing yourself to stand perfectly straight - with your stomach pushed out and a curved back. Dang did that hurt, but I did not give up. Every time I got up, I forced myself to handle the pain until my back was curved again - waited a bit until it subsided - then walked in this odd position. The more I did it, the easier it got. Within a few days I was almost back to normal - movement is key as the one doctor mentioned, even if counter intuitive. Hope you feel better soon!!

The key for me when this strikes, (which seems to come out of the blue about every five years) is to stretch the sciatic nerve. I lay on my back and pull each knee up toward my chest. It usually is painful, but only go as far as you can go without causing to much pain. I do about ten reps three times a day. As you are able to do this exercise look up other ways to stretch the sciatic nerve. You will think this is not helping at first, however if you stick with it you will improve. Very painful thing to experience and usually somewhat difficult for others to understand how much pain you are in.

I've had the same issues for 30 years. It will flare up for no reason really. I have a foam roller I bought on Amazon that I roll on a few times a day between flare ups. When I feel the tightness coming I put a tennis ball under the sore buttock and slowly roll an inch or so in circles. I actually get cortisone shots when I have the flare ups. I was at ER yesterday as a matter of fact. They gave me very strong anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxers. Then I go back to my pain dr Thursday morning at 7:30 am for cortisone again because our plans ate to leave our home state Thursday and head west for the winter! We have been stationary in our home state on our property, that we have had rented out for years, since covid started 4/20 then my husband had to have a total knee replacement 5/21! After 4 years of overcoming my own health problems I've learned a few things. My wife was having crippling sciatic pain often. I've learned that the majority of the population is deficient in magnesium even if the doctor's tests show normal levels. She's now taken a magnesium supplement and is using a magnesium cream on the area, and within a day or so the pain was gone and it's been years now. Muscles require magnesium to relax, a tight or cramped muscle can pinch a nerve causing these pains. Also one of those massage guns can help relax the muscles. Love your videos, hope you are back on your feet soon.

I spent 9 weeks laying flat, and trying physical therapy before they gave me the epidural shots. Sometime between the first and second shot, my disc ruptured, and I ended up having surgery. The surgery was honestly the best thing that happened to me. I woke up from the surgery ready to get up and go home (although they kept me in the hospital for 24 hours). I have bouts of sciatica pain from time to time, but it's no where near the pain it was before the surgery. Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon.

I do have an incredible surgeon in San Diego, who I would travel to again if more surgery was needed, who speaks all around the world, and is the kindest person ever. My first trip to the ER was on Christmas Eve, when we had to call 911. They had to put me in a medically induced coma to get my blood pressure under control, and the blood pressure issue was caused by the pain. Three days later they were finally able to operate. I had suffered for three months in pain before the disc finally exploded taking me in for that ER trip. If you need more info, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, but please be very picky about who you choose to see for treatment. Do your research.

400 miles in a day is no fun when you're not expecting to have to do it. My longest as a trucker was from Milan, NM to Ontario, OR. 931 miles in a day. Had to stay in the truckstop until my logbook caught up with me. As a young man in the Air Force, I drove a motorcycle from San Diego to Fort Worth, nonstop, to get the bike home. Then flew back to California and drove my car back as well. I pray for your well-being and safety and wish you the best. Love your channel.

Physical therapy and chiropractic care improved my sciatica 100%. As a retired ER RN I once thought of chiropractors as “quack” doctors, but since I’ve been going to one regularly for the last 3-4 years, I’ve changed my tune completely. Hope you feel better soon Liz!

I can see the pain in her eyes, remembering, and I still hear the pain in her voice.

Don't know how many out there think chiropractors are 'quacks' but for back pain like this finding a good chiropractor can get you serious relief far more quickly than laying around for days in pain and doped up. We have used our local guy for decades.

I have thrown my back out twice. A knowledgeable doctor made all the difference. He gave me stretching exercises to do every day. I have not had a major problem since. I do need to pay attention to my back and how I bend or lift though. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery!

My husband has been so wonderful also. Ive had a spinal fusion , knee replacement, five bowel resections and multiple hospital stays. He has been so wonderful and supportive, I don’t know how I ended up with such a great guy, but I’m not asking questions. Of course when he needs me , I’m there for him. Feeling blessed. I too have sciatica, I know what your going through. Bless you and him.

Liz- I have felt your pain! I described sitting on the toilet as having a dagger slammed in my foot at the same time my leg was being ripped out of its socket. I’m sorry you are experiencing this. Keep moving! Keep moving! Keep moving! Do the exercises. My massive sciatic attack was December 2019, and I was 25% better in one month, 50% better in 6 months, and now, almost 2 years later, I am at 90%. Swimming, yoga and Pilates are my daily activities, and if I get a jolt of sciatic pain, I back off whatever I’m doing. Time and exercise are your ticket out of pain. Sending healing thoughts 😘

Hi: I'm Michael Met you at Palml springs TT a couple of years ago when you were still traveling alone, and invited you to come over to chat at our trailer. My hubby William met you there, and we shared stories for a while about the road, and how we maintain everything etc. We've been full timing for many years. I'm 77. William is almost 50. We sold our house because we love the adventure of travelling nationwide, following the sun, and playing Pickleball, hiking, biking, swimming with Manatees, and kayaking lakes and rivers everywhere. Please don't give up on the camping/clamping lifestyle. Just keep supporting each other, and the present difficulty too shall pass. All you two need is each other. Best wishes for a quick recovery. I am so sorry for your loss of Mango. I had to cancel my trip to visit my daughter in Georgetown, Ky, because of my sciatica. It took all of 8 weeks to get better. I couldn't sit, or get comfortable. I can't take pain meds and I won't take narcotics. I just suffered through, but I will say a cane helped. I hope you feel better soon.

I had a pinched sciatic nerve when I was pregnant and it brought me to my knees. I couldn’t even speak through the pain. It was worse than the labor pains…at least with labor pains I had the joy of my child afterwards. I am soooo sorry you had to suffer such pain.

I feel so sorry for you! I just have no words except that you are in my prayers at this time. I am presently under treatment with my GP for sciatica and have a MRI scheduled this coming week. I have been in miserable pain. One thing that has helped me a lot is a Tens Unit and Massage Gun (both on Amazon). I do both of these daily and while it hurts like heck I can move around. My leg has started to twitch which is super concerning. I wish I had answers - PT is also something you should look into. Hugs!

Two words for y’all. Inversion table. I’m 74 years old and I have degenerative arthritis in my spine especially around L4, L5. I’ve used my table for over 25 years. I use it regularly and it is my lifestyle saving device. You can disassemble it for packing in your rig.. hope you feel better soon.

Oh Liz, I wound up with 3 herniated discs which caused me to suffer from sciatica. I worked as a home health aide and was helping my client who was total dead weight. That night I thought I was coming down with the flu, when I woke up I hit the floor because I couldn't walk. Long story gone short, I wound up going to physical therapy and that helped me immensely. Prayers to you both, it takes time 🙏

Oh Liz I can't imagine being on the road with your condition. I don't know how you got in and out of the RV and the truck. I've had Sciatica on and off for years. If someone has never had it they can't imagine the pain it brings. There is no comfortable position to relieve the pain, it's constant. It's crippling. I had it so bad one time that if the house was on fire, I wouldn't have made it out, yes that's how bad it is. After years of dealing with flair ups I found a sports medicine accupuncture guy. I went 3 times a week for 3 weeks that's been 13 years ago and I only have occasional flare ups but they are nothing like the past. Bless you Paul for being so loving and understanding. My husband was there for me too. Hope you recover quickly and it never comes back. God bless both of you!

My husband "Paul" has taken care of me two separate times in our lives. Currently dealing with stage 4 cancer. Paul is a great caregiver. I have also had times when I have taken care of Paul. He has 3 bulging discs and a herniated disc. He had back surgery 10 years ago. They used an Aspen devise to fuse two discs. PT was very helpful after his surgery. The exercises he learned then are still helpful today.
