Congrats on the new guide! I'm so excited for you. Back when I was living in Tucson I took a few trips to Lake Havasu. I'd stay at the London Bridge Resort and I always came mid week. Better rates and it's less crowded. I always brought my camera and would go out on boat tours. The river is a photographer's paradise. I've created my own montage videos and along with a nice photo gallery. I've also converted some of my photos to black and white, and have seen social media comments from people comparing my black and white photos to Ansel Adams. Always wanted to respond with an aw shucks. Lake Havasu is amazing location for photography, and some of the best places to take photos are only accessible by boat..

Yeah like houses pretty neat I liked all the ancient Egyptian ruins just up the hill.... Lots of Egyptian history and Greek.. Blackmore people don't know about Anubis is hand sticking out of the ground just north of town pull into the big gravel parking lot where all the snowbirds camp look back towards town and see the hand of ANUBIS APOLLO IN GREEK APOLLYON IN EGYPTIAN ABADDON IN HEBREW ⚡😇⚡ One tough little tree

II really like your videoos. You do an outstanding job of highlighting things to see off the interstates. I do a long trip out west each year and when I plan my trips I always include things that I have seen on your channel. One of the things that would help me is if you include the dates of when the vids were recorded. This is helpful to me in getting a better understanding of things like such as how crowded the campgrounds are, what to exect as far as weather, and how muc tourism to expect.

Just before you mentioned the Lazy Daze RV, I noticed it as well. It was quite sad to hear about their business shutting down last year in Montclair, CA. Every time I see a Lazy Daze rig on the road now, I think of an era gone by. They were (are) one of the most high quality Class C’s that I’ve had the pleasure to see.

This is probably the trailing edge of spring??? Might be some April showers as they say but I'm thinking winter is gonna be winding down going forward from here. Had a few sprinkles out west this morning but nothing big in the far-out weather forecast. No flooding or snow storms that is. Rv'er tv Russ will have to pack up quick and run from the heat. 😅 But I could be wrong. Road trip Russ?

Fifteen bucks for day use is why the parking lot is empty. All the day use people are down at rotary park. But the campsites are really hard to beat anywhere, especially if you have kayaks.

I've been traveling around a lot in the last few yrs (I live in Phoenix) and I gotta say, that area right before Lake Havasu has got to be one of the most beautiful areas I have been to...thanks for recommending Cattail Cove in another video, it was awesome. Have you ever gone or heard of the Boyce Thompson Arboretum over on the east side of the state, near Globe/Miami? It is sooooooo beautiful there! Again, another hidden gem in AZ!

Much preferred the pre London Bridge days when friend and families had the whole lake to ourselves and fish fry's feeding a camp of 30 or more. What you call scenic and boat rentals and tours I call Hades. Partiers and looky loos tourist now.

Suppose everyone's seen the writing on the wall concerning the bad events and status of mead and Powell. Those who can, with money, are escaping vegas while its available. Relocating. It would explain the sudden mass increase in population, building etc.
