Always been impressed with Mrs. KYD, but she totally sold me when she talked about what it takes to cook Pizza and Steak! Very sharp cookie! Plus she drives the RV... An Angel sent from Heaven!

I have watching this families journey for a little while now and it never gets old. I love the fact that technology allows you all to share your adventures. my wife and i cross the border alot (pre covid) another option to writing down licence plates when crossing the border is to take pics of the plates before you cross then have the pics ready for the border agent when you get to the booth. They love that because they don't have to get out of their chairs :) Also handy when you bring a motorcycle because there are 3 plates that have to be checked....

I liked your videos back when you started doing them but now they have gotten so much better. It obvious that you have a talent for doing this and the content is always good. Unlike the early videos you don’t show as much of what goes wrong when your traveling as much but I guess it’s because you’ve worked out most of the kinks. Safe travels!

You're exactly right. Knock on wood, not much goes wrong anymore, which is why we keep pushing ourselves to go further (like AK) and do new things. We have to find new ways to push our comfort zones so we can share the learning.

Thank you for this video!! I loved it all and very beautiful. I want to go to Canada now and not just because of our resident in the Whitehouse. Also, you all and your videos have become my favorite 'show' ! There are a few tv shows I watch and mostly record to watch. Your videos I watch as soon as I see them pop up in notifications. Which I am always waiting for on Sunday. I wouldn't be opposed to two episodes a week, lol. Not really kidding though, but I know it's a lot of work and I want you all to enjoy your travels. Please stay safe and enjoy your family. You have wonderful, amazing kids!!

I just started watching your video's yesterday, first one was when you got your 2nd Ginger camper. You are an awesome family and I am having a ball watching your video's! This is a dream of mine, always has been although it probably will be just that a dream. Although I have learned to never say never. But at almost 60, don't know if I will ever get to travel with an RV and tour the US. But a girl can dream! For the time, I will live through you and your family. Thanks for the adventures. Love your kiddo's, especially your youngest son. He cracks me up! I have raised 6 sons and your youngest reminds me of me and my late husband's youngest. To dang cute! Hugs, Brenda

Good point, but we've had it for a couple months now. It never gets hot enough to sear a steak. Don't get me wrong... it's a good grill and worth the $$ just not up to Trish's level of HOT!
@wendymarie53836 жыл бұрын
Keep Your Daydream I have a suggestion for more heat on that grill. The gas jets that are under the grill (at 6.21 min on your video) - take a drill a little bit bigger than the holes and drill out the holes. With more gas - there is more heat. We did this with our stove at home - we had a middle skillet that just wouldn’t sear anything. My husband drilled out the holes and it worked. Just like Tim Taylor ‘it just needs some more power - so I rewired it’

If you are running the Blackstone off the trailers supply it looks like you have two regulators. One from the trailer and one on the black stone it's self. There are kits to remove the Blackstone one. You'll have much more pressure an therefore much more heat.
@KeepYourDaydream6 жыл бұрын
We're running off the small green propane tank. I looked for a connector to the trailer, but I thought that was lower pressure. Do you have a link? I'd love to try to improve it before trying a new grill.
